Everything you need just few meters away.
Pros:

The location and see view is perfect

Cons:

Problems with air conditions, it’s week in the room and not presented in all areas, hard to survive in July.
The floor in the room was poorly cleaned, contained many sand. Toilet placement is not for long person.
