Pros:

Loved the overall experience - the second you stepped in the property, staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The service was excellent, we had the perfect time and absolutely rate the beds. The rooms were spotless and really comfortable. We will be back!

Séjour agréable dans un lieu superbe
Pros:

La bâtisse bien sûr, la chambre superbe et la salle de bain également magnifique ( nous étions dans la tour). Le dîner fut bon et le service irréprochable

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié un service bagagiste avec véhicule. Une dame nous a cependant accueilli et a dû soulever une lourde valise

Great hotel with helpful staff - be careful which room you get

Great location of a stunning property with helpful staff

Cons:

Our room which was almost Euro 500 did not have a stand alone shower - I am past the point I want to shower in the bath sitting down. There was not an option even to have the shower head at head height. Also the room -218 - is up numerous back stairs and is very plainly decorated and appointed. The room was disappointing.

Lovley breakfast and morning staff are delightful

Cons:

The Restaurant menu and food were over rated and underwhelming. Nothing special ate there on the first night. All too fussy and a very limited menu indeed and highly over priced. On our second evening we ate outside at Hotel de la Poste in Pouilly Auxois, a short 10 min journey much better food and value lovley spot
