Estadía económica y relativamente cómoda en una buena zona de Berlin
Pros:

Ubicación y que tenía parqueo privado por 10€ la noche

Cons:

Que de la calle al apartamento era muy rústico y la recepción en el segundo nivel, no se sentía tan confiable. Pero estuvo ok. Concepto de aparthotel.

Die gute Lage und das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Schon von außen waren wir enttäuscht. Im Inneren wurde dies leider bestätigt.

Udany pobyt. Miejsce jest świetne, jeśli chodzi o lokalizację. Doceniam też wielkość pokoju.

Pros:

Buena localizacion y cerca de transporte publico, restaurantes y supermercados

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación en el 5 piso porque no habia otra. No funcionaba el ascensor y segun comentarios llevaba mucho tiempo asi, esto no lo avisan en la descripción. Nos propusieron cambiar a otra al dia siguiente pero ibamos con maletas grandes, un bebe y su carrito. Pedi por favor un cambio inmediato pero no fue posible. Al dis siguiente un dolor de espalda horrible, las camas malisimas y encima a las 5:30 todo iluminado porque las cortinas eran de papel y no cubrian nada. Pedi una devolución del dinero porque solo queria irme con mi familia a otro sitio. No me dejaron, me obligaron a quedarme en otra habitación “mejor”.
No lo recomiendo para nada

Nicht für längere Aufenthalte geeignet
Pros:

Das Aparthotel VEGA ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Theater des Westen entfernt, und auch die Bahnhaltestelle „Zoologischer Garten“ ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung unseres Zimmers war sehr veraltet, und insbesondere im Badezimmer waren deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen zu erkennen, beispielsweise am Duschkopf, am Waschbecken sowie an der Dusche allgemein. Mehrere Fliesen waren beschädigt, und unterhalb der Dusche fehlten sogar einige Fliesen, sodass ein großes Loch sichtbar war. Leider befand sich in der Dusche sehr viel Schimmel, und im gesamten Zimmer lag eine erhebliche Staubbelastung vor. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer funktionierte ebenfalls nicht richtig, vermutlich aufgrund von Staub und Schmutzablagerungen.
Im gesamten Zimmer befanden sich fliegende schwarze Insekten an den Wänden. Die Fenster waren undicht, sodass wir nachts gefroren haben und zudem den Straßenlärm deutlich hören konnten. Die Kopfkissen waren mit mehreren fremden Haaren verschmutzt und daher für uns leider nicht nutzbar. Auf einem Bettlaken befand sich ein Fleck, und die Bettdecken waren mit Fusseln übersät. Die Vorhänge waren falsch angebracht, sodass wir diese nicht vollständig zuziehen konnten. Neben einer Steckdose befand sich außerdem ein großes Loch in der Wand. Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig.

Nix, war kein Frühstück dabei und viel zu teuer für so ne absteige

Cómodo pero quinto piso sin ascensor
Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia, luminoso y camas cómodas.

Cons:

Era un quinto piso sin ascensor y no estaba avisado en Booking. La cisterna del water tragaba mal y hacía mucho ruido y la ducha tenía un escalón que había que tener cuidado al bajar.
