Très bel hôtel mais souci de service
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien, c’est la deuxième fois que nous y allons en quelques semaines. Très belle vue, belle chambre et équipement

Cons:

Le séjour a été un peu gâché quand la réceptionniste nous a dit qu’il n’était pas possible de dîner à l’hôtel et qu’elle ne s’est pas occupée de nous pour trouver un bon restaurant en dehors, ou même trouver une solution. Elle n’a pas été très agréable et c’est dommage dans ce type d’établissement

As beautiful as it was disappointing

Beautiful building, beautiful garden!

Cons:

This can’t be considered a 4 star hotel. Obviously I booked a standard room so I can’t expect the best of the best but my room had no real window, was tucked under the stairs outside next to the service room so was noisy in the morning with people in and out to take the cleaning g stuff.

The room lacked comfort (coffee/tea) and small things made no sense (plastic water glass really? In 2026?). Floor was not cleaned properly so my feet was dirty after 2 mins of walking.

Venus is great, lots of history if you look on Wikipedia but they didn’t make an effort to have explanations displayed in the castle or in the room. History should be preserved and shared.

Lastly, breakfast was poor… processed food, out of the freezer. Including the pastries and the cakes….In a region with incredible access to delicious product… with bakeries 5 mins drive…that’s a shame.

Cons:

Не работал wi-fi, пришел мастер, сделал выкл и вкл роутера и ушел, сказав, что рабочий день окончен…) от соседних номеров предложили пользоваться, но не добивало. Не критично, конечно, можно пережить без интернета, тем более в таком красивом месте

Pas de problème de stationnement.
Accueil un peu réservé. Le château est très beau.
Agréable souper le 1er soir.

El hotel es bonito porque está ubicado en un edificio histórico bonito. goza de buenas vistas sobre el entorno y la ciudad.

Nos recibió una señora muy amable y creo recordar que nos permitió hacer el check-in con antelación.

El desayuno estaba bastante bien presentado

Cons:

El recepcionista de la noche no era muy amable y poco disponible. Nos hubiera gustado tomar una copa en el salón e incluso usar la chimenea, pero no le le veía por la labor. Hacía ver como si estuviera muy ocupado y no levantaba la vista del ordenador y eso que estuvimos rondando por allí. En ningún momento nos preguntó si queríamos algo.

La habitación nos pareció muy pequeña para un hotel de esa categoría.
