Camere e la struttura un castello vero.. Panorama ...

Cons:

Ristorante ha poca varietà del menu', anche se il cibo era buono, il cameriere gentile non tutti!!
atteggiamento un po scocciato come se vabbè finiamo in fretta.. che dobbiamo andare a casa..
la fretta nella chiusura la sera del ristorante lasciati soli alle 23.00, e chiedendo cosa volevamo di dolce al secondo piattto!!
quando si può Prenotare la cena fino alle 21.30 !! nb abbiamo mangiato 2 sere e sempre stessa cosa.. quindi non un eccezione
Inoltre non liquori a termine pasto, non avevano Rhum o altro ma solo amari o poco altro.
non è accettabile,, non c'è nemmeno un bar aperto per bere qualcosa dopo cena..
Piscina con bar ma cameriere distratto ed assente , dovevi cercarlo per chiedere una birra... anche qui visto il costo del soggiorno indecente..

Pros:

Mooi gelegen schitterend kasteel. Valt meer van te maken dan wat het nu is.

Cons:

Restaurant en ontbijt waren slecht. Hier moet echt meer aandacht aan besteed worden. Ongezellige uitstraling, vaak producten die niet vers waren, en het personeel ziet het niet eens. Zonde!
Op onze kamer functioneerde de wc niet. Na meerdere keren klagen kregen we op de derde dag een nieuwe kamer.
Ook in het hotel heeft het personeel geen 'horeca oog': lege flessen en kopjes blijven uren staan, stoelen staan schots en scheef, etc.

Soggiorno rilassante in una cornice mozzafiato
Pros:

La struttura è esteticamente la più bella in cui abbia mai soggiornato, emozionante riuscire a vivere anche solo per una notte un castello, in cui anche le stanze sono state arredate quanto più possibile in tema, mantenendo il livello di comfort di un 4 stelle. Gli ambienti interni ed esterni sono tutti meravigliosi, ogni scorcio meriterebbe una fotografia. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza degli accappatoi in camera, oltre che degli asciugamani. Nella zona delle piscine, mettere a disposizione dei teli per gli ospiti è una coccola ulteriore che la struttura regala a chi risiede. Le piscine sono piccole, ma ben incorniciate nell’ambiente circostante. Ottimi i biscotti della colazione. Servizio molto attento e gentile da parte di tutto lo staff. Nel complesso un soggiorno estremamente rilassante in un luogo magnifico.

Cons:

Ci sono solo due piccole pecche: il mantenimento delle piscine e la colazione. Per quanto riguarda le piscine, penso che potrebbero beneficiare di una persona addetta alla cura dell’acqua, che non era sporca ma evidentemente non curata quanto mi aspetterei in una struttura di tale livello. La colazione, invece, era sì completa, ma la qualità del cibo era inferiore rispetto a ciò che mi aspetto da un 4 stelle. Croissant caldi, ma palesemente industriali esattamente come gli altri dolci eccetto per i biscotti, succhi da supermercato e niente spremute fresche, poca varietà di frutta. Anche per quanto riguarda il salato, niente di più di quanto si possa trovare in un buffet di un comune 3 stelle.
