Higijena je dobra, osoblje je ljubazno i profesionalno

Pisalo je kad sam rezervisala soba sa pogledom na bazen a dobila sam sobu sa pogledom na neki krov sa kojeg se nista nije vidjelo

Prav razjezilo me je, da so gosti hotela “rezervirali”, s tem mislim puščali brisače na ležalnikih, ko so odšli z bazena za nekaj ur.
To ni plaža ob morju. Morali bi prepovedati te “rezervacije” ležalnikov.
Vse ostalo je bilo super.

das Essen war super, man hatte viel Auswahl
das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

wir hatten keinen Zugang zu den Thermen, die wir wollten und haben alles extra zahlen müssen, obwohl wir extra das teurer Hotel genommen haben, dann hätten wir auch das billigere nehmen können
bei Booking steht, dass die Sauna gegen GebĂĽhr ist, diese hatten wir dabei, obwohl wir das nicht extra gezahlt hatten, ausserdem ist die Sauna im kompletten FKK Bereich
bei der Nachfrage, ob wir tauschen können mit einer anderen Therme, wurden wir gleich abgewiesen und man wollte uns nicht zuhören
das hätte man bei Booking auch gern dazuschreiben können, welche Thermen dabei sind

WIR KOMMEN SICHER WIEDER!
Pros:

FrĂĽhstĂĽck und Abendessen waren immer als Buffet angerichtet. Die Auswahl war riesig und es war immer reichlich vorhanden.
Das Personal war in allen Bereichen immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Dusche/Badewanne ist für ältere Leute nicht leicht zu betreten. Es war eine Sitzbadewanne in die man nur schwer einsteigen konnte.
Ich wich zum Duschen in die Dusche in der Therme aus.

Ottimo albergo buon cibo,colazione e cena abbondante con tanta varietĂ  per tutti i gusti, molto belle le nuove piscine all'interno del hotel, tutto molto bello.

Cons:

Forse la camera da voi assegnata era un po datata ma nel complesso comunque andava bene.
