Pros:

The staff were very friendly, in particular a gentleman who was on Reception daily. I even emailed before with room item requests and these were met :)

Cons:

This is a really British thing but there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and you couldn't get one anywhere in the hotel after around 10.30am.

Pros:

posizione centralissima, è possibile visitare il centro di Roma a piedi. Staff preparato e gentilissimo, pulizia ottima

Cons:

Un pò scomodo la struttura hotel, reception al 4° piano, stanze al 2°....Rivedrei l'ascensore, un pò vecchiotto

Чудове розташування — більшість визначних пам’яток знаходяться в пішій доступності. Район безпечний і дуже тихий, тож ніщо не заважало відпочивати після насичених прогулянок. Поруч багато смачних ресторанів на будь-який бюджет. Персонал ввічливий і привітний. У номері щодня проводилося якісне прибирання.

Cons:

Відсутність виду з вікна та занадто м’який матрац, хоча для когось це, навпаки, може бути перевагою.

Prima! Alles sehr in Ordnung.
Pros:

Perfekte Kundenorientierung und zudem sehr freundlich. Der Manager hat sehr geholfen, als es wichtig war! Vielen Dank nochmals.

Cons:

Wenn überhaupt etwas zu verbessern wäre, dann das Frühstück. Sehr süß-lastig, aber es ist halt auch Italien :-) Insofern keine echte Kritik, eher Anregung etwas „kontinentaler“ anzubieten.
