Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Generally praised as very clean by multiple guests, though a specific complaint about stains on a toilet lid and some finishing (paint/paper) issues lowered the score slightly.
Service
9.5
Consistently highlighted as a major strength: friendly, attentive and humorous staff; special mentions for front-desk assistance and bar staff (Angélique) indicate excellent service.
Location
9
Conveniently located near the citadel and airport with good access; some guests noted less desirable room views (Angelo) but overall location is a strong positive.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as comfortable with very good bedding, but comments note lack of fridge, shared sofa-bed for children in family room, and some finishings could be improved.
Amenities
8.8
Good on-site amenities: pool, jacuzzi, covered parking and an acceptable breakfast buffet; parking and pool are frequently mentioned as positives.
Value for Money
8.3
Described as good value overall by guests, though a few felt certain room features or views did not fully match the price.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Mixed feedback: bar and cocktails praised, restaurant described as 'very correct' but some guests found the dinner menu limited and kitchen quality inconsistent.
Overall Experience
8.7
Many guests report excellent stays with standout hospitality and comfort; a few operational/details issues (room finishes, limited dinner choices) prevent a perfect score.

Pros:

Nice hotel at the entry of Ajaccio
Pros:

Large hotel but nice room and restaurant took us at 10pm graciously . Parking space available, a must in Ajaccio

Cons:

Of course I prefer the small family hotels to hotel chains but this one was flawless.

Prima verblijf
Pros:

Prima hotel, mooi zwembad, en goed ontbijt. Prima verblijf

Cons:
