Toller Aufenthalt mit leichten Abzügen
Pros:

Besonders gut, hat mir gefallen, dass man ganz entspannt vor dem Hotel parken kann und der wunderschön hergerichtet Garten im Innenhof

Cons:

Leider war der Verkehrslärm in der Nacht extrem laut, so dass die Nacht viel zu kurz war

Pros:

Super liebes und aufmerksames personal! Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut! Lage war super für Stadt und Stadion. Trotz starkem Flugverkehr und Hauptstraße hat man in den Zimmer nichts gehört. Sehr sauber, viele kleine Extras wie candybar vorm Zimmer etc.

Kleine Auswahl kostenloser Getränke pro Aufenthalt.
Gute Fensterisolierung, kaum Straßenlärm, obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße hin lag.
S-Bahn-nah (150m), so dass man binnen Minuten auch in der Frankfurter City oder am Waldstadion ist.

Cons:

Zimmer sind ansonsten recht hellhörig.

Pros:

I recently stayed at your hotel and was really impressed by the little things that made a difference. I loved finding water in the hallway (by the entrance) and mouthwash in the restrooms. Those thoughtful touches made my stay joyful.

Parfait pour une nuit de passage
Pros:

Nous avions pris une nuit dans cet hôtel en vue de prendre un avion tôt le matin. Nous sommes arrivés vers 20h30. Les personnes à la réception ont été très agréables. Il y avait une bonne atmosphère dans l'hôtel avec un billard et babyfoot disponible. Nous aurions bien pris le temps de profiter de cette ambiance cosy si nous n'avions pas un enfant en bas âge et un avion tôt le matin. La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse avec un grand lit et un petit lit pour notre fils. La literie était confortable. Notre chambre était très bien insonorisée et propre. La douche avait une très bonne pression d'eau chaude.

Cons:

Le parking payant juste pour la nuit de 17 euros.

Pros:

Персонал быстро реагировал на проблемы, которых было много. Сначала не срабатывал ключ-карточка. Приходилось трижды спускаться со всеми вещами, чтобы они её активировали. Потом обеаружилось, чтотв номере не работает освещение и всё-таки проблемы с замком, а не с ключами. Меня переселили в другой. Там было замыкание электричества, меня переселили в третий номер. Сказали, здание старое, поэтому много проблем. В третьем номере, когда я пришла с прогулки, обнаружилась лужа воды на полу в туалете. Непонятно, то ли сверху затопило, то ли что-то протекло. Меня переселили в 4-й номер. Окно выходило прямо на стройку за забором, было очень шумно невозможно открыть окно.
В каждом номере раковина была со ржавым потёком, который можно очистить современными средствами, но никтотне заморачивался этим. Зеркала были с пятнами, а в одном из номеров на кружке унитаза следы от предыдущего посетителя, извините.
Но все глобальные проблемы персонал решал. Даже передали моим коллегам моё зарядное устройство для телефона, которое я забыла, когда выехала.

Cons:

Хороший заатрак шведский стол. Много шкафчиков в номере. Рядом с метро. Персонал быстро решал проблемы.
