Zimmer sehr klein. Bei Wärme kaum eine Belüftung möglich.
Fernsehen: kein ARD und ZDF - warum auch immer.
Zufahrt überaus eng. Ziemlich viel Müll und Unrat im Außenbereich.

Die Räume sind sehr schmutzig. Das TV - Programm verfügt nur über Privatsender. Beim Frühstück fehlt Obst und der Kaffee ist von schlechter Qualität.

Pros:

Personeel spreekt slecht duits.

Cons:

Stoelen, die verschuiven, hoor je door het hele hotel. Gordijnen /vitrage hangt los van de rail en is vies.
Er zijn geen haken /stang in de badkamer om handdoeken
Op te hangen. Ijskast is luidruchtig. Geen airco in de kamer wel ventilator . In hof van hotel ligt afval, terrein voor ratten of dergelijke.

big rooms i have booked the suites, so the rooms are big / bed sheets wa clean and the AC working

Cons:

Ich miete schon seit einiger Zeit Zimmer für meine Familie. 2019 war es in Ordnung, der Service freundlich und die Zimmer recht komfortabel. Zweimal jährlich über sieben Jahre hinweg erscheint mir eine lange Zeit, aber dieses Jahr, 2026, bin ich enttäuscht. Die Zimmertüren sind voller Faustlöcher. Es sind Nichtraucherzimmer, aber es riecht nach Zigaretten, und die Bettwäsche gleicht einem Schuhregal. Eine Katastrophe.

Die Rezeption war vor Ort nicht besetzt, stattdessen befand sich dort lediglich ein Hinweis mit einer Telefonnummer für den Check-In (nicht erkennbar bei der Buchung, dass nicht Rund-um-die-Uhr besetzt ist). Unser Mitarbeiter musste 30 Minuten auf den Hotelmitarbeiter warten. Wir hatten eine Kostenübernahmeerklärung mit Angabe der Firmenkreditkartendaten per Mail an das Hotel versendet und trotzdem musste unser Mitarbeiter vor Ort bezahlen. Das Zimmer hatte eine Raumtemperatur von deutlich über 30 Grad, Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Zudem bemerkte unser Mitarbeiter einen starken und unangenehmen Geruch aus einem Schrank, der das Raumklima zusätzlich belastete. Auch das Öffnen des Fensters brachte keine spürbare Verbesserung. Aus dem Wasserhahn kam braun verfärbtes Wasser. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war unter diesen Bedingungen nicht möglich, auch wegen des Lärms auf dem Flur und auf der Straße. Darum hat unser Mitarbeiter gegen 01:30 Uhr das Hotel verlassen. Es konnte keine Einigung mit dem Hotel erzielt werden.

Zum Übernachten reicht's, gute Lage, Personal eher unfähig
Pros:

Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer mit Einzelbett und eigenem Bad nur für mich alleine. Es gab sogar einen Schreibtisch. Lage ist gut, S-Bahn-Station und Offenbach Hbf fußläufig erreichbar

Cons:

Mein Zimmer stank nach Zigarettenrauch und es gab ein Loch in der Gardine (offensichtlich auch von einer Zigarette). Als ich dies meldete, wurde mit Raumspray rumgesprüht. Normalerweise verträgt meine Nase sowas nicht, es war aber zum Glück ein leichtes Spray, was ich mit offenem Fenster "hinauslüftete". Bügeleisen hatten sie auch nicht. Mir wurde gesagt, eins sei besetzt und sie wüssten nicht, in welchem Zimmer es gerade ist (war auch schon spät). Und das andere sei "verloren" gegangen. Sehr unorganisiert. Normalerweise nimmt man Pfand für ein Bügeleisen und notiert sich die Zimmernummer. Und wenn man schon so ein Problem hat, dass eins abhanden gekommen ist, dann kann man sich auch nicht nur auf eins verlassen. Ich musste am nächsten Morgen um 6 Uhr los. Musste zum alten Badezimmer-Aufhäng-Trick greifen.
