Aspecto geral do Hotel é muito cuidado, quartos bem decorados e funcionais.
Silêncio geral, e organização da recepção muito boa.
Opções vegan em leite de amêndoa ao pequeno-almoço, embora pudessem haver outras opções (queijo, etc.).
Bom creme de abacate e tomate e boas tostadeiras estão disponíveis para torradas, assim como existe bom café (expresso e americano).
Qualidade do pão ao pequeno-almoço é fraca / banal, para o que já existe no mercado e em outros hoteis.
Algum barulho no quarto de manhã (~7h), normais problemas de insonorização dos hoteis e/ou limpezas começam cedo.
Casa de banho elegante e limpa, mas banheira não escoou água após o banho, e chão ficou molhado (ou seja quartos merecem uma pequena revisão geral dado que estas coisas são fáceis de resolver, se forem identificadas durante manutenção periódica)

No site tinha a indicação de que o hotel tinha piscina e afinal não tem. Juntam as fotos de todos os hotéis do grupo no site e induzem as pessoas em erro.
