Le personnel dévoué mais clairement en manque

Cons:

Les gens étrangers à la piscine et je ne m exprimerai pas car ce jour là était particulièrement grave enfin soit la piscine c est pour les gens de l hôtel qui payent et qui n ont même pas un transat déjà en suffisance

Teleurstellend voor de prijs.
Pros:

Ondanks dat het zwembad kleiner was dan op de foto's
Was dat samen met het bubbelbad en de sauna wel een pluspunt.
Ook de ligging van het hotel was goed.

Cons:

De kamer was uitgeleefd.
De meubels waren zwaar beschadigd.
De bedden waren kapot en de matrassen waren van slechte kwaliteit. (Te hard)
Ook de bed kussens waren slap en veelste dun.
De bruine vloerbedekking was vies.
En de kamer rook niet fris.

Very relaxing in excellent facilities.
Pros:

Very relaxing with great facilities and dog friendly. When I booked, I felt it might be pretentious and trendy but in fact it is the opposite. Food excellent and service very good.
The weather had cooled a little so we did not use the outside pool but we really enjoyed the indoor pool and facilities such as steam room jacuzzi and sauna.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Pros:

Szép helyen helyezkedik el a szálloda. Hatalmas ingyen parkoló van. A 40 fokos kánikula közben voltunk itt és a klíma tökéletesen működött. A reggeli nem túl választékos, de azért rendben van.

Cons:

Sajnos nincs rá jobb szó, de a szálloda valamiért gyűjti a balhés, bunkó embereket. 3 ejszakát töltöttünk itt és minden napra jutott belőle. Elvileg az árban benne volt, de külön karszalagot akartak vetetni velünk, hogy ha a mini medencét használni akarjuk. Külsős jegyet is adnak el és gyakorlatilag élvezhetetlen a kinti medence. A vendégmunkások ide járnak inni és szórakozni minden délután. Pihenésre teljesen alkalmatlan a hely! 96 szobára van 1 lift amibe nagyon maximum 4 fő fér be. A wellness részleg nagyon le van lakva, ahogy az egész szálloda. Az állítólagos úszómedence kb 20 méter hosszú és a csempe mindenhol hiányzik. A víz alatti fények pedig vezetékestől ki vannak szakadva. A tisztaság a leggyengébb pont! A kinti medencénél a tusoló nem működik és nincs lábmosó sem. A medence körül 3 napig 1x sem volt feltalarítva. A száraz növényeket és a port hordják be az emberek a vízbe. 1 estére megszállni jó lehet, de több napos pihenésre teljesen alkalmatlan a hely! Mellékelek egy pár képet a medence körüli tisztaságról.

Jacuzzi bruyant la nuit et pas rideau occultant
Cons:

Le logement n'est pas équipé de volet ou rideau occulant la lumière, donc réveillé par la lumiére du jour.
Le bruit de la pompe du jacuzzi tot et tard, qui reveille, car le jacuzzi est à coté de la chambre.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato dal dal 23/06 al 27/06/2026. Caldo impossibile e niente aria condizionata nella hall e nel ristorante. Piscina esterna non stop anche fino a mezzanotte ( non normale) impossibilita' a trovare un lettino in piscina e impossibilità di stendere in camera un costume bagnato. Colazione un po scarsa. Ristorante si mangia molto bene. Personale gentile e attento. La struttura richiede interventi e più organizzazione per gli spazi esterni. C erano persone che arrivavano già in costume dalla macchina e si buttavano in piscina senza pagare e usufruiranno dei lettini a discapito di chi come noi avevamo pagato tutto il soggiorno e i servizi. Da rivedere parecchie cose.

Ondanks dat de buitenkant tegenviel was het van binnen schoon netjes prima kamer, en heel vriendelijk personeel

De kamer was schoon netjes en super goede bedden, ontbijt was ook goed en schoon alles wat warm moest zijn was goed. Koud buffet ook perfect

Twee keer gefactureerd door Booking dus waardeloos en nog geen credit gezien.

De locatie, dicht bij de snelweg

Cons:

Onze kamer is twee keer gefactureerd door Booking, 2 keer afgerond € 120,- totaal dus € 240,- en we hebben nog geen credit gekregen.

As advertised
Pros:

Perfect location for stop over when driving from the UK to the south of Germany and you can bring your pets. Room air conditioned. They also have an outdoor and think indoor pool but I didn’t use either

Cons:

Dinner and breakfast area (or reception) had no air conditioning and we were travelling in +37 degrees heat.
