Unfortunately, there was very little that stood out positively about our stay. While the location was convenient and within walking distance of many attractions, the area was extremely crowded. Entering and exiting the building was often difficult due to the volume of people.
The hotel has a rooftop venue that appeared to generate significant traffic, making the building feel overcrowded and difficult to navigate. The situation was made worse by the elevator (1), which could only accommodate two people at a time, resulting in long waits and congestion throughout the property.
Everything was extremely expensive. We had several issues during our stay. The lock on the bathroom door broke, and my daughter became trapped inside for over 30 minutes. I ultimately had to figure out how to open the door myself. Staff told us the lock would be repaired the next morning, but it took two days to fix. During that time, we could not fully close the bathroom door.
In addition, one evening there were electrical issues in our room. The outlets repeatedly flashed and made a very loud buzzing sound, which was both concerning and disruptive.

A lot of stairs

Staying one night only and ticking off my bucket list we expected quite a lot for £277.00 a night without breakfast. We eventually found the hotel it is not very well signed and the Trevi Fountain was packed, we had arrived early as we had just returned from a cruise at the entrance I found quite a lot of stairs I had researched this Hotel for a lift and there was one but it was at the top of a steep flight of stairs I doubt someone with a disability would get up there… The girl on reception was lovely and said we could leave our luggage as check in was later we expected this. On returning some hours later there was a different girl on there she was very nice but seemed busy and was quite rushed!
We checked in and had been given room 305 the hotel looked ok nothing grand the room was nice, clean and well appointed good facilities if not a little dark in there and a kettle to make tea but no milk… John went to get some and she said they would send some up they didn’t John went back down and she gave him two little pots… In the time it took John to go down I stubbed my toes twice on a little step just coming out of the bathroom it was concrete and I just couldn’t remember it was there!! John did it about five times, by the time we were leaving my toes were bruised.
We went back out and ate at the Pizza place to the left as you come out that was fabulous a bit pushy to get you in but the Pizza was the best I have had… On our return we noticed there was a girl outside selling the hotel bar and this is where our problems started 😩
We went back up stairs (this was around 9pm) and decided to go to the bar to take pics from the balcony of the Fountain, it was packed with random people… To be fair the waiters rotate them so everyone gets the shot took us around an hour to get ours and then we decided to go to bed as we had a 6 am flight so had to get up around 3 am OMG not a chance..,
The continuous flow of people tramping up the stairs laughing, screaming, drunk by 12.30 am it was ridiculous as the last people were leaving then the waiters started absolutely no consideration at all for sleeping guests, we heard them collect all the bottles up and then take them down and literally throw them into whatever they put the bottles in it was honestly ridiculous we were so frustrated and just about 2am it finally stopped.
There really should not be rooms on that level it is impossible to sleep we had to get up at 2am and when we got down to reception I complained to the guy on Reception he said ahhhh yes the hotel is fully booked that didn’t help us at all.
The hotel itself was average what makes it special is just the corner view from the bar is it worth £277.00 Definitely not at 3am we went round to the Trevi Fountain and it was virtually empty and we got some amazing pics.
Avoid rooms 305 & 306 if you do stay here.
It was just steps from the Trevi Fountain and in the middle of so many restaurants and shops.
The staff at the hotel were so nice and helpful.
The location was amazing and the staff were excellent. Our room was spotless and very comfortable.

Emplacement
L’hôtel n’est pas beau
The location right by the Trevi Fountain was fantastic! Staff was super friendly and helpful in every way. Room was clean except the carpet had a lot of stains.
We only had a sheet on our bed. We could have used a blanket to sleep under. We ended up wearing socks, pants and sweatshirts to stay warm.
