Pros:

The only decent thing was hotel staff, beds were comfortable

Cons:

They were not honest with the amount of stairs we had to climb, they said only one flight well it turned into3 flights, elevator stops between floors that was not disclosed in description or we would have stayed else where. Due to the fact I have a bad hip, Then we were the only room under the rooftop cafe noisy all the time!!! Room 206 terrible then it rained hard and leaked thru the roof down our walls unbelievable never had such a terrible experience like this asked for a small discount they said NO! We own many properties I would never treat a tenant like they treated us, we bend over backwards to make people happy. I have stayed all over the world never been so disappointed!!!

Location Location Location
Pros:

Perfect location for admiring the Trevi Fountain from the roof top bar. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. They moved our luggage for us, so no struggling with the stairs. They also organised our taxi to the airport which was great.

Cons:

Our only negative would be the fold out bed needs restringing.
