Dass das Schwimmbad gegenüber schon Mitte September bei schönstem Wetter geschlossen war und der Weg zum Meer fast 1 km weit war

Resepsiyon taxi çağırdı, 2 saat taxi bekledik, gelmedi. Şehir merkezinden uzak olduğu için kendi arabamızla gitmek zorunda kaldık. Bu kadar büyük bir otelin taxi olayını halledemenesi kabul edilemez. Resepsiyon ilk defa olduğunu söyledi ama bu 2 saat içinde bizden başka taxi bekleyende yoktu. Resepsiyon taxi çağırdığından dolayı tesadüfen otele gelen taxilerde bizi almadı.

La baignoire pas adaptée pour des personnes âgée. La hauteur , elle glisse .on a toujours peur de tomber. Il faudrait simplement une douche

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che al rientro dopo cena, essendo struttura ricettiva in zona Stadio, ho trovato tutte le strade bloccate dai vigili urbani del posto che mi hanno vietato di rientrare. Ho chiesto se ci fossero strade alternative, mi hanno detto di no. Mi hanno invitato a rimanere li con altri veicoli ,( circa 25 minuti) affinché non venissero liberate le strade di accesso in quell'area dove vi è l'hotel a causa deflusso tifosi appiedati e rispettivi pullman. Solo qst come negativo.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
Not quite up to the standard I expect from a 4-star hotel, especially for the price. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the ceiling had visible damage. That said, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and having available parking was a major plus.

В номере был сломан сейф и фен. Пожаловалась - развели руками и ничего не исправили. Номер малюсенький, что, впрочем, обычно для Италии
Gentilissimi tutti! Hotel pulito, accogliente, in posizione molto comoda per proseguire il viaggio verso Reggio Calabria! Buono anche il ristorante e gentilissimi i camerieri!
