Pessima esperienza hotel da evitare
Pros:

Solo la distanza dal centro

Cons:

L’accoglienza è stata pessima. Arrivati in auto l’accesso alla via dell’hotel era chiuso per una manifestazione ma non solo l’hotel non ha avvisato ma la persona alla reception. non ci ha dato alcun supporto per poter parcheggiare l’auto dicendoci che dovevamo risolvere in autonomia. Tutte e 3 le notti ci sono stati rumori e schiamazzi sia fuori che dentro l’hotel.

Einfach sehr gut
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar.
Quasi direkt am U-Bahnhof Mollendorfplatz, oder sehr zentral nach 'Mitte' und City-West.
Parken ist aufgrund der Berlin-Situation eingeschränkt und gegen gutes Geld möglich, be- und entladen vorm Hotel problemlos.
Das Personal/der Empfang äußerst bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit und richtig ehrlich freundlich. Kostenlos Tee und Kaffee nach Anreise sind schon ungewöhnlich...
In die Zimmer geht's mit Treppe oder Aufzug.
Mein Zimmer war groß, geräumig mit charmant quietschenden Bodendielen.
Die Ausstattung ist funktional, das Bad hatte das, was ein Bad haben muss, auch Platz.
Alles in Allem - gerne wieder 😘

+ kostenloses Wasser mit und ohne Sprudel wird 24/7 zur Selbstbedienung inkl. Glasflaschen zur Verfügung gestellt🚰
+ das 3-Bett-Zimmer war schön groß
+ die Decken sind sehr hoch gewesen (Altbau)
+ die Lage ist Top und recht ruhig
+ das Hotel macht eine gepflegten Eindruck
+ jeder hat eine Schlüsselkarte bekommen
+ bei der Rezeption war immer jemand anwesend
+ die Videoüberwachung sorgt für ein angenehmes Sicherheitsgefühl, wenn man Wertsachen hat, die nicht in den Safe passen (wie mein Notebook)
+ große Fenster
+ der Stand mit den Infoblättchen
+ neuer Fassadenanstrich🖌
+ vegane Frühstücksoption🌿
+ Gepäckaufbewahrung bei der Rezeption🛄
+ zusätzlicher Papiertuchspender im Bad (denke mal, der waren zum Nase-Putzen)
+ das Personal war freundlich
+ Fluchtweg-Beschilderung und Sicherheitseinrichtungen waren vorbildlich und mehr als genug vorhanden🦺
+ generell gute Ausstattung im Zimmer und dem Rest vom Hotel
+ es werden Investitionen getätigt, um das Gebäude instandzuhalten (es ist keine Cash-🐮)
+ in unserem Zimmer war die Lichtaufteilung hervorragend. Wenn jemand später ins Zimmer kommt und das Licht einschaltet, leuchtet es nur leicht in Richtung des Schlafbereichs. Dadurch wird keiner geweckt und man sieht genug

Cons:

- eine Gardinenschiene war zum Teil nicht mehr richtig an der Wand befestigt. Die Funktion war trotzdem gegeben.
- unsere Zimmertür ging von außen etwas schwer zu (man konnte sich nicht leise schließen🔊)
- der Badlüfter war etwas laut (wenn man den nicht brauchte, konnte man aber einfach das Spiegellicht ohne Lüfter nutzen, war auch in Ordnung)
(- das Muster des Teppichbodens war ein bisschen viel, ich kann es nicht genau beschreiben (Tierfellmuster🐆))

Pros:

O quarto é muito bem dimensionado, tem uma área de estar bastante agradável. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Metro perto (+/- 200 metros). Nas proximidades não faltam sítios para comer. A garagem é privativa. Relação qualidade preço perfeita.

Cons:

Nada a reclamar.
