Great location and great facilities

Pros:

Experiência muito boa! Desde a localização que é ótima, o atendimento da recepção, o conforto do quarto. Realmente, inesquecível! Além disso, se puder, reserve o quarto com vista para o vale. Vale muito a pena!!

Pros:

La posizione al centro di Sam Gimignato è perfetta. Le stanze che danno sull'interno sono molto silenziose anche quando il piazza c'è un po' di movimento. Il personale della reception è molto gentile; soprattutto le due ragazze si sono fatte in quattro per trovarmi una soluzione ottimale per i miei spostamenti in taxi.

Cons:

Qualche piccola difficoltà nel trovare la mia stanza. L'albergo è disposto su piani sfasati e, al primo approccio appare un po' labirintico, ma non credo si possa migliorare; è lo scotto da pagare per gli edifici storici.

Good hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location in the absolute centre of San Gimignano. Comfortable twin room that wasn't luxurious but absolutely met our needs. Staff were good but not super-helpful. Overall good for a one-night stay.

Staff could have been friendlier.
