Nice hotel, nice location. Close to two wonderful beaches: Plage de Milady and Plage Marbella. The hotel and these beaches are a little away from the city center, so It's not at all crowded. Plage Milady and the area around look like a typical Hawaiian beach.

Cons:

When I was looking for a place to stay in Biarritz and ended up finding your hotel, I mistakenly thought that It had a spa area because there were a couple of pictures from a spa. Turns out a spa picture was from a place nearby. I think you shouldn't post spa pictures because it can misinform guests. Thank you.

Tour nei paesi baschi.
Pros:

La posizione, il panorama che si godeva dalla sala colazioni, la comodità del parcheggio e il letto confortevole.

Cons:

La nota negativa che ha influito pesantemente sul nostro giudizio generale è stato il receptionist (uomo) il quale ha mostrato un atteggiamento ostile verso noi italiani; lo stesso si è espresso esclusivamente al check in chiedendo di pagare tutto immediatamente, in modo discutibile, ed al check out con un secco saluto. La direzione dell'hotel dovrebbe formare il soggetto all'accoglienza verso tutti, indipendentemente dalle proprie opinioni personali.

De badkamer was prima en compleet. Het personeel sprak nauwelijks Engels en deed er ook geen moeite voor dat vonden we jammer / de receptionist was wel vriendelijk.

Cons:

De hotelkamer was wel aan de kleine kant. Er stond een te grote fauteuil in, dat stond in de weg. Op het buitenterras mocht gerookt worden / tijdens ontbijt niet echt smakelijk.

Lindo lugar, con buenos estacionamientos.
Pros:

La habitación, grande, cómoda. El comedor tiene lindas vistas y buen desayuno. Contar con estacionamiento en el mismo recinto.

Cons:

Que la ducha moje todo el baño. Y los veladores muy chicos, sin necesidad, pues hay espacio para veladores más grandes. Que no tenga frigobar.
