Truly the best place to stay in Otranto! You feel like at home, cared for with genuine kindness and sincerity. Location. Roof top. Service. Breakfast. People. Views. Twice a day room service.
Nothing.
This hotel really was a former Palazzo! It has less than a dozen rooms, but "feels" larger than than. The local staff is extremely polite and hospitable, and knowledgeable about Otranto. We also felt their own passion for the city, and that made our stay even more memorable since it became a shared excitement. The location is literally in the middle of the old city, so be prepared for some "hustle and bustle". From our room you could peek out at the water and see the populace come and go, so we literally felt like locals. Breakfast and drinks are upstairs on the roof deck, which is magical look out over the Otranto bay.
There was not much not too like. I would like to see them have a printed guide of TV channels, but I'm finding something to pick on and not a a detriment otherwise to the hotel. Would recommend this place to friends visiting the city.

Great rooms, comfortable beds and good terrace space. Lovely large bathroom and rituals bath/shower goods. Great roof top terrace for sundowners. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (giving recommendations and helping with reservations).
It was all good.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the historic centre. A historic building, tastefully updated. I loved the modern room with private balcony.

Pouco flexíveis, logística ruim, não eh cinco estrelas nem a pau
Hotel bem localizado, contudo fica em área onde não é possível acessar com carro, portanto, ao se hospedar no hotel tem que se atentar para isso. Não foi um problema para nós porque a equipe foi muito prestativa no apoio e ajuda com a bagagem.

Everything. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, brilliant location and the roof top bar had beautiful views.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was huge. Patrizia and Manuel were very accommodating. Location perfect.

Historical building located in the heart of the old town, next door to the cathedral and within seconds of shops and restaurants. Parking is located five minutes walk from the hotel (extra fee).
View from the rooftop terrace is great. Breakfast is good with all that is needed. The bed is comfortable, bathroom very spacious. Cleanliness is impeccable.
On top of this, the staff is really great from front desk to breakfast and bar staff, they're all very friendly and helpful, which makes it for a very pleasant stay. I will come back in my next visit to lovely Otranto.
Some furnishing details show signs of aging and would benefit from a renovation, especially in the bathroom (shower especially). Would be nice to have complementary tea/coffee considered the hotel's rank.
L’emplacement et le personnel très accueillant
Dans un établissement de cette catégorie nous nous attendions à un petit déjeuner plus qualitatif avec de vrais jus de fruits (c’est le pays des orangers tout de même!) car ceux proposés ne sont pas qualitatifs et du bon fromage au lieu d’un fromage industriel de basse qualité.
