Hatten nur Frühstück - das Gebäck war top, die Auswahl sonst war durchschnittlich (z.B. wird mit selbstgemachter Marmelade geworben - die war sicher nicht hausgemacht!)

- Keine Informationen (Hotelmappe im Zimmer gab es nicht!)

Lage, Nähe zu Innsbruck, Personal freundlich, für 1-2 Nächte geeignet

Cons:

Nicht ausreichend Parkplätze verfügbar, Serviceteam freundlich jedoch leider nur bedingt kompetent. Jeden Morgen zum Frühstück musste um Besteck gefragt werden weil dieses nicht aufgedeckt war und von selbst nicht erkannt wurde.

Gefallen hat uns die Lage des Hotels und die schöne Aussicht. Das Zimmer war auch sehr hübsch eingerichtet,mit Balkon.Leider hört es dann aber schon auf.

Wo fange ich da an....leider sehr enttäuschend für uns war bereits bei Check in im Zimmer, das noch Putzutensilien und dreckige Putzlappen der Reinigungskraft auf dem Nachttisch lagen.
Diese fand man dann auch nen Tag später in den Hotelgängen, die bis Abreise auch noch lagen. Wellness schön und gut, es wurde einfach mal vergessen Handtücher und Bademäntel für diesen Bereich in unserem Zimmer zu deponieren. Auch da mussten wir hinterher rennen und uns selber Handtücher aus dem Lager holen. Unglaublich......
Ganz zu schweigen von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter,die nicht gegeben war. Bis auf eine Dame an der Rezeption,die sehr nett war. Der Rest des Personal s zieht ein übel gelauntes Gesicht,wirkt genervt wenn man fragen hat und grüsst nicht einmal wenn sie an einem vorbei kommen.
Das Essen im Restaurant am Abend war kalt und das Frühstücks Rührei schmeckte nach Fisch.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We kregen bij aankomst een gratis upgrade aangeboden en tijdens het verblijf werden we altijd vriendelijk geholpen.

Samlet set en god uge med dejlig udsigt, god morgenmad og nemt med togstationen nær ved.
Pros:

Beliggenhed ( herunder udsigt fra balkonen) og morgenmaden

Cons:

Når personalet “kun” kommer på værelset hver anden dag, så er det ikke helt godt nok, at man misser at komme. Det skal dog retfærdigvis siges, at værelset blev tilset dagen efter. (Altså på 3. dagen).
Herudover lod vi os overtale til at købe et måltid mad i restauranten den første aften, hvor jeg måtte give kr. 150 for en portion pasta, som groft sagt ikke var andet end en tallerken pasta. Så vi afstod fra at bruge restauranten om aftenen resten af ugeopholdet.
