Pros:

Nettes Personal, Frühstück war gut, es hatte von allem etwas, man wurde satt.
Ausblick von unserem Zimmer im dritten Stock war wirklich sehr schön.

Cons:

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, auf keinen Fall ein 4 Sterne Hotel, eher 2 bis maximal 3 Sterne. Spa Bereich war klein und etwas ungepflegt, das Dampfbad war ausser Betrieb.
Es gab keine Badeschuhe zum Bademantel, keinen Wasserkocher, kein Kühlschrank, keine Kaffemaschine oder etwas womit wir die Babynahrung zubereiten konnten. Die Austattung also ziemlich spärlich. Das Babybett welches wir angefragt hatten und uns bestätigt wurde fehlte ebenso.
Am Abend wollten wir im Restaurant etwas essen, wurden abgewiesen aus dem Grund, dass sie zu wenig Personal hatten und somit keine Kapazität um zwei weitere Personen zu bedienen.
Würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, denke da gibt es sicher bessere Hotels in dieser Preisklasse.

Rundum zufrieden - alles wie erwartet oder besser
Pros:

Lage ist hervorragend, wunderbarer Blick aus dem Zimmer auf die Nordkette. Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Schöner Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmteich. Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir haben kurzfristig eine Nacht im Hotel Seppl gebucht und die Unterkunft am Folgetag aufgrund einer Rückfrage kontaktiert. Daraufhin erhielten wir eine kurze Mail, dass ein Fehler im System vorliege und die Unterkunft bereits ausgebucht ist und hiermit die Buchung storniert sei. Wir hätten uns hierzu eine umgehende Info gewünscht und nicht nur auf Rückfrage im Portal. Bis heute gilt die Buchung im Portal als bestätigt. Hätten wir nicht zufällig noch die Rückmeldung im Portal gesehen, wären wir angereist ohne eine Buchung zu haben. Hier hätten wir uns einen anderen Kundenservice erhofft.

There were hiccups, but we would definitely come back!

Location, facilities, large room, breakfast, dinner options, free transport card.

Cons:

Communication was a little difficult. The hotel staff misunderstood our reservation, which made us feel awkward at check in and check out. We didn’t receive room cleaning in any of the 4 days we stayed in.

Pros:

Stanza grande e letto comodo , colazione ottima anche se potrebbero mettere qualche fetta di torta in più, noi siamo arrivati alle 8 30 e non cera più ne torta ne brioche, sul resto era molto abbondante. La spa era bella e anche l'esterno è ben attrezzato , non funzionava il bagno turco.

Cons:

Visto che era possibile fare i massaggi potevano avvertire sul sito che la massaggiatrice era in ferie per 15 giorni. Noi avevamo scelto quel tipo di albergo anche per fare i massaggi.

recht alte ausstattung, im zimmer hatten wir schimmel haben aber dann ein neues bekommen. dieses war aber auch nicht sehr sauber aber ok. spa bereich auch ein bisschen schmudelig.

Cons:

What could been better is hotel management that told me that there was no room when I arrived and paid taxi to get to the hotel. They made mistake in the booking system and room was 17 euros / night. I booked one night but hotel management could not bear that I get room for 17 euros and told me that there was no rooms available. They basically throw me out. Hotel itself looks ok, but stuff behaviour is unacceptable.
