La gentillesse de la serveuse du restaurant

Cons:

La vétusté de la chambre, il faudrait rénover
La piscine extérieure ne donne pas envie de se baigner

Beautiful location, peaceful stay
Pros:

The location is gorgeous. The garden and the poll-lake is super nice. It was the best after a long day and it was so peaceful as well. We really liked to sit next to it in the evenings and just relax. The food was also great and everybody was really nice and helpful. We also really liked the Innsbruck card, it opened up a lot of possibilities and adventures for us. There were always parking places, parking was not an issue at all.

Cons:

There was no AC in the room, but is was not an issue, we were able to cool the room down in the evenings.

Pros:

Er zat een wespennest onder de planken van de balkonvloer. We hebben een nieuwe kamer gekregen. Deze was wel iets kleiner, maar in ieder geval hadden we niet steeds wespen in de buurt.

Cons:

We hadden een week in dit hotel geboekt. In deze week zijn ze één keer langs geweest om de kamer schoon te maken (en dit nadat we de dag ervoor om hadden gevraagd.) We moesten zelf bij de receptie om nieuwe handdoeken vragen omdat ze de kamer niet schoonmaakten. Het personeel leek wat overvraagd (personeelstekort?). Al met al kun je met deze service niet meer volhouden dat het om een 4-sterrenhotel gaat.

Idealer Zwischenstopp bei Innsbruck
Pros:

Für uns war das Hotel der perfekte Zwischenstopp auf der Reise nach Italien. Es liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt und gleichzeitig sehr nah an Innsbruck. Unser Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß und mit zwei Badezimmern fast wie ein kleines Apartment – ideal für Familien. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Innenpool sowie der wunderschöne Schwimmteich im Garten. Auch das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und hochwertig. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Es gibt aus unserer Sicht nichts zu beanstanden. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Okay - men plads til forbedringer på kommunikation blandt de ansatte.
Pros:

Morgenmad virkelig god.
Oplevede at der manglede kommunikation mellem de ansatte. Flere spurgte os om det samme i forbindelse med reservation til aftensmad. Gav os et lidt uprofessionelt indtryk , selvom den enkelte medarbejder var meget venlig og hjælpsom.

Cons:

Undrer mig over at vi kun fik skiftet håndklæder og rengjort værelse en enkelt gang på 6 overnatninger. Og den ene gang måtte vi selv spørge om skift af håndklæder.
