Très loin de ses prétentions, ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles !
Pros:

La piscine extérieure, la taille le chambre et la terrasse avec vue.

Cons:

Accueil et service néant, petit déjeuner médiocre, équipement spa en panne, ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles !

Ricca colazione a buffet, mercenari al pomeriggio,ottima cena. Molto bella la sua e la piscina esterna biotopo.
Welcome card per treno gratuito e altre riduzioni.

Cons:

Serve aria condizionata nella sala da pranzo per evitare di tenere le finestre aperte e l'ingresso di api in questa stagione.
Le camere non hanno aria condizionata: tuttavia non fa molto caldo e di notte si possono tenere le finestre aperte.

La proximité du tramway avec la welcome card offerte pour tous les trajets en ville.

Cons:

Pour le dîner on ne nous a pas expliqué qu'il fallait choisir et réserver d'avance ses plats. Ils ont eu l'air très embêtés qu'on se présente pour dîner alors qu'on avait demandé de manger sur place.
Au petit-déjeuner beaucoup de tables sont réservées à des chambres mais chaque chambre n'a pas de table de réservée. Du coup difficile de trouver une table qui ne soit pas réservée bien que le petit-déjeuner soit payé d'avance.
Pour un 4 étoiles la salle de bain est très moyenne.

We enjoyed our two nights there, but as there are no nearby alternative restaurants we will rather force to use the hote

Lovely big room over looking in the valley with two bathrooms.

Cons:

The dining offer was very limited and unexciting with only three choices.
The wellness area was not staffed adequately and the rules of etiquette flouted

Schönes Hotel mit ein paar Ecken und Kanten
Pros:

Die Aussicht, das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren top. Das Zimmer war soweit gut, nur sehr warm und es fehlten Haken im Badezimmer und Ablageflächen. Der Außenbereich (Naturbadeteich) war sehr schön.

Cons:

Am ersten Abend extreme Lautstärke durch benachbarte Häuser (Musik etc.) und unten im Dorf auch sehr laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht. Dadurch mussten wir mit geschlossenen Fenster schlafen, weil es so laut war. Aber dadurch dass es in Zimmer sehr warm war, war der Schlaf in der ersten Nacht sehr wenig. Bei Abreise haben wir dies an der Rezeption angemerkt, jedoch wurde darauf gar nicht eingegangen.

Des weiteren war die Terasse vom Restaurant nicht schön und nicht einladend. Hier könnte man wirklich viel mehr draus machen. Sonnenschirme, schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten, Holz der Terasse mal wieder überarbeiten etc.

La vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes au réveil dans la chambre et dans le restaurant
Buffet très bon au petit déjeuner et le dîner du soir
La gentillesse du personnel

ik vind dit hotel wat betreft locatie prima maar geen 4 sterren waard

de kamer was redelijk, beetje oubollig maar in orde, mooi uitzicht en een prettig balkon

Cons:

het ontbijt was zeer matig, de koffie was slecht, het vruchtensap was veel te zoet, keus aan brood, zoet en beleg was matig, absoluut geen vier sterren niveau.

Die Lage zur stubaitalbahn war sehr gut erreichbar. Parkplätze kostenfrei. Die beiden pools waren sehr schön. Der Blick vom hotelbalkon in die Berge. Jeden Tag eine neue Flasche Wasser fürs Zimmer

Cons:

Leider keine kühl Möglichkeit im Zimmer. Sehr viele Wespen beim Frühstück und auf Balkon und wenn man nicht aufpassen tut auch im Zimmer.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Die Lage war ruhig. Innsbruck ist mit dem ÖPNV sehr gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Trotzdem sich die Mitarbeiterinnen viel Mühe gaben, wirkten sie überfordert.

Plašs ģimenes numuriņš ar terasi un jauku skatu uz kalniem. Bezmaksas autostāvvieta teritorijā. Labas brokastis.

Cons:

Viesnīcā uzturējāmies karstā vasaras periodā un prasījās tomēr ledusskapis numuriņā, dzērienu atdzesēšanai.

Hotel położony w klimatycznej wiosce Muters nie daleko centrum Innsbrucka. Bardzo dobre połączenie z centrum za pomocą lini tramwajowej(STB). Dla gości hotelowych powyżej 2 nocy darmowe bilety komunikacji miejskiej. Z hotelu piękne widoki na góry, darmowe miejsca parkingowe przed hotelem. Bardzo dobre urozmaicone śniadania. Pokoje czyste utrzymane w Tyrolskim stylu. Bardzo miła obsługa, szczególnie Pani Maria (rozmawia w języku polskim) która służy radą i pomocą.
