Extra beds are available for an extra charge and are subject to availability upon check-in.
The open air pool is open from 11:00am to 07:00pm. Opening days will vary as mentioned: during June, open on Saturday and Sunday; during July, August and September it will be open all from Monday to Sunday the rest of the months it will be closed for bathing.
Please note that from 13/10/2025 to 01/05/2026 we will be carrying out improvements in the rooms to offer you a better service. We will take all possible measures to minimize any inconvenience during this period.

Good cocktails, nice pool area.
No lifeguard on some days so couldn’t go in the pool,
Spa was out of order when we were there too which was an extra bummer, sun loungers are very uncomfortable so had to pay for day beds to be able to sit around the pool.
Wir waren schon 3 mal hier, vor allem wegen der erstklassig klimatisierten Zimmer. Diesmal war es aber noch besser, da die bisher etwas altbackenen Zimmer jetzt neu möbiliert worden sind. Kann man jetzt uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sauber ist es allemal, und die Balkons (unsere Junior Suite hatte 2 davon) sind gross und mit schönem Ausblick auf die Poolanlage.
Die Lage des Hotels ist halt weit ab vom Geschehen in Torrevieja. Wenn man etwas erleben will, muss man einige Kilometer mit dem Auto oder Taxi in die eigentliche Stadt fahren. Toll ist aber der riesige Parkplatz des Hotels.
Schone kamer, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt met veel verse producten.
Zwembad was open tussen 10:00 en 19:00, is eigenlijk te kort en je wordt ook weggekeken door de lifeguard.

Wifi heel goed, ook op de kamer. Vorig jaar was de wifi minder maar nú perfect.
Parkeerterrein helemaal top.
De slaapbank in de kamer was niet comfortabel.
Verder viel niets tegen en dus voor 2027 alweer geboekt 😃

Breakfast limited choice and too many flies in the cava bottle. A wine stopper would prevent this.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre, y compris la salle de bain. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables. La chambre est calme et spacieuse. La climatisation, particulièrement appréciable en cette saison chaude, était un vrai plus. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait parfaitement. La piscine d'eau salée était idéale pour se détendre. Les petits déjeuners sont variés et copieux, avec une excellente variété et qualité de produits, jus de fruits, etc. Le personnel a la réception est accueillante.
Malheureusement, le spa était en travaux et donc pas accessible. Nous n'avions pas remarqué ce détail important lors de la réservation. Cependant, les clients séjournant à l'hôtel à partir de la seconde moitié de juin 2026 ne rencontreront pas ce problème. Malheureusement, la piscine ouvre de 11h00 a 19h, ce qui est absurde en pleine saison estivale. L'hôtel justifie cette décision par l'absence de maîtres-nageurs en service après 19h. Et aucune solution n'est proposée.
