Extra beds are available for an extra charge and are subject to availability upon check-in.

The open air pool is open from 11:00am to 07:00pm. Opening days will vary as mentioned: during June, open on Saturday and Sunday; during July, August and September it will be open all from Monday to Sunday the rest of the months it will be closed for bathing.

Please note that from 13/10/2025 to 01/05/2026 we will be carrying out improvements in the rooms to offer you a better service. We will take all possible measures to minimize any inconvenience during this period.

Great, only couple of things to feedback as improvements

Best hotel in Torrevieja area !
Pros:

Everything! Breakfast, the renovated room, the service, the calm and tranquility! The pool looks great and the Spa but we hand not had the time to use them unfortunately.

Life and limb saver
Pros:

After the nightmare of staying at the Balneario Leana at Fortunate for 2 of the 4 nights we had booked we had to book another hotel to get some sleep The Laguna spa and golf was a palace after Leana

Cons:

We liked everything and the fact that we were two 82 year old did not go amiss.

Would not stay there again, not value for money for a 4 star hotel

It was an expensive hotel which we wanted, but the room had no facilities for tea coffee etc they give complementary water but I don’t think they could of been any smaller, so thought for €150 for just a bed was not worth it .

Pros:

El hotel es una maravilla: la decoración en general, los jardines con mil rincones con una vegetación muy cuidada, el restaurante es exquisito, la atención de todo el personal, inmejorable...

Cons:

Pero sí hay algo mejorable: los horarios. El cierre de la piscina a las 7 de la tarde no tiene ningún sentido y más con estas temperaturas. Y dar la última cita al spa a las 6 y media, otro error. Hubiéramos disfrutado más si cabe de nuestra estancia, que ya fue extraordinaria.

Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der ständige Lärm. Morgens um 8 Uhr Laubbläser, den ganzen Tag nervige Musik von der Pool Bar und Konzert, dass die Scheiben beben. Als Krönung, der Aufzug Lärm aus der Zimmer Wand. Erholung: Null!

Disappointing, wont be staying again
Pros:

check in / check out.

Cons:

Dirty room, unclean sheets. Food on flooring on Patio from previous guests. On reflection doubt the room was cleaned from previous guests. We kept our windows shut but still got bitten....may be other "Bugs"

A smaller family run hotel with an excellent chef and a nice pool.
Pros:

The food was excellent...breakfast, lunch in the bar and dinner.

Cons:

We have been there several times recently but never in the summer. The staff seemed less friendly, less attentive, service was slower.
