The staff, location and price are 10/10.
Furniture is slightly dated.
The room was a suite with a large bed (Queen size?) and small flat screen TV. There was a small living room/TV room with a sofa bed, desk, mini fridge and larger flat screen TV. The bathroom was spacious with a standard tub/shower. The tub bottom was a bit slippery though. The furniture was a bit dated, but in good condition. Breakfast was a buffet on the top floor restaurant/bar overlooking the city was scheduled due to the size of the space. The food selection was good and tasty. The hotel was located near the city hall plaza with lots of restaurants, bars and other sights close by. A short walk to the local metro train station (Aliados), the Comboios de Portugal (CP) train station and the main tourist area.
Room furniture was a bit dated, but in good condition. The door was a standard door with a key lock - no modern card reader for security. The elevator was a bit dated and "compact".

We wanted to go to breakfast however also needed some sleep one day and had to leave early another day.
Disappointed that bar up on mezzanine was closed. Wanted to see view of city at night.
