Die Lage ist fantastisch, sehr ruhig, alles fußläufig. Mein Zimmer war klein, aber absolut ausreichend, gutes, bequemes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück von sehr guter Produktqualität, vielleicht fehlt etwas mehr Abwechslung. Es gibt den ganzen Tag, Kaffee, Tee und Wasser. Würde immer wieder dieses Hotel in Straßburg wählen.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein etwas größeres Zimmer mit einer Terrasse und Blick in die Stadt, das war sehr besonders.
Die Zimmer waren einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Frühstück lecker mit regionalen Produkten.
Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig.

Cons:

In manchen Zimmern roch es etwas nach dem Abfluss, aber es wurde uns direkt mit einem neuen Zimmer weitergeholfen.

Great stay in a top location
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The location, breakfast and apartment were excellent, and the staff was warm and attentive. Everything we could ask for. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Strasbourg.

Cons:

There is an elevator to access the rooms in the first building, but the apartments in the back building are reached by stairs only. It was not a problem whatsoever, since the staff carried all our luggage to the apartment, they were fantastic.

Wir hatten vorher das Management angefragt, ob die Zimmer ab 14 Uhr schon fertig sein könnten, was uns sogar mit 13 Uhr schriftlich bestätigt wurde. Leider ras das Personal nicht informiert worden, und die Zimmer konnten erst um 15 Uhr bezogen werden. Das lag nicht an Personal, sondern an eine offensichtliche fehlende Kommunikation seitens des Managements. Schade!
