Pros:

Nagyon szép, tiszta, modern szálloda. A reggeli bőséges, jó a választék. Jó helyen van, nagyszerű kiinduló pontja a különböző túráknak.

Cons:

A személyzet általánosságban igen mogorva. A recepción a check in- nél abszolút úgy éreztem, hogy minek is jöttem ide??? Amikor távoztam, annyit nem kérdeztek, hogy elégedett vagyok-e? A reggelinél a felszolgáló hölgy úgy leteremtett, mint egy dedós gyereket, csak mert első reggel nem tudtam, hogy mi a "szabály" a kávé esetében. Volt üdítő kivétel is, a vacsoránál felszolgálók viszont nagyon kedvesek voltak. Azt gondolom, ha valaki kifizet egy rakat pénzt, legalább egy kedves mosolyt megérdemel! Ha már pénz, egy ilyen kvalitású hotel esetében nem tudom milyen színvonal, hogy az autómmal az utcán állhattam 5CHF/ éjszaka áron. Érdemes lenne jobban figyelni a vendégekre, mert láthatólag elfogynak.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Sommerbergfrische!
Pros:

Die neuen Zimmer und der Empfang und Speisesaal sind sehr schön und einladend. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und sehr fein. Ich fand es toll dass es am Nachmittag Kaffe und Kuchen gab. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen für Wanderungen in und um Saas Almagell. Mit dem Bus und der Saastalcard sind viele wunderschöne Ausflüge bestens zu machen.

Ok, aber kein Wiederholer
Pros:

Das Zimmer 205 wäre eigentlich schön.

Cons:

Es war nicht sauber. Krümmel auf dem Sofa. Fettflecken auf dem Nachttisch. Zudem ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch, der vom Badezimmer ausging. Auf meine Reklamation hin, wurden die Abläufe gereinigt. Der Geruch war nachher glücklicherweise weg. Die Betten waren mir persönlich zu weich, aber das ist wohl Geschmackssache.

Pros:

Schöne saubere gut gelegen Zimmer

Cons:

Erwarte bei Buchung von Mehreren Zimmer zum gleichen Preis auch gleiches. Bergsicht und Blick in Nachbarsstube sind nicht gleich zuwerten.

Aussergewöhnlich gutes Hotel
Pros:

Besonders freundlich fand ich auch, dass ich früher bereits mein Zimmer beziehen konnte. Es war alles wie immer perfekt.

Renovated portion is great - watch out for that!
Pros:

Quite although at a road (but little traffic). Lobby and some rooms are renovated beautifully (mine wasn’t) jam rustic alpine style, very charming & warm.
Staff friendly.
Breakfast awesome.

Cons:

My room was one of the not yet renovated and a mediocre experience. Even if still 80s vibe, they could have at least have put up some decoration in the room.
