Dicht bij het centrum

Cons:

Ongezellige kamer , we hadden gevraagd voor 2 1 persoonsbedden en kregen 2 geschakelde kleine kamers waar het erg muf was. In de vitrage zaten gaten en veel last van verkeer op de doorgaande weg

Pros:

De douche was prachtig en het personeel was top.

Cons:

Geen airco, geen koffie en thee faciliteiten, geen gezellige uitstraling, geen koelkast, ontbijt was 15 euro maar heel minimaal.

Hotel was perfect ( stad viel me tegen )

En alles zag er heel netjes uit

Qua hotel viel helemaal niks tegen
Maar het stadje vondt ik zelf wat minder veel leeg stand en veel de zelfde winkelen

Excellent stay
Pros:

Visited with my elderly dad who is not very mobile, and the staff at the hotel were very understanding of this and gave us rooms where he wouldn't have to use any stairs. As we were there during the heatwave we were very lucky to be upgraded to air conditioned rooms at no extra cost - without the air con, we'd have really struggled.

All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and also really helpful when we were trying to work out our transport plans due to train cancellations and road closures. They were great at liaising between us and the local taxi company, as our German is very limited. Also they helped us work out where to eat in Kleve!

The rooms were very clean, and there was comfortable seating provided so you didn't have to sit on the bed.

We had a great stay here, and if we come back to Kleve (preferably not in a heatwave!) we would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Falta de una zona común,con unas mesas, donde los huéspedes puedan reunirse, sobretodo teniendo en cuenta que las habitaciones son pequeñas.

Perfect!
Pros:

De ligging is écht perfect!
Midden in het centrum. Wij kwamen pas tegen 21:00 aan maar zelfs 1 straat verder was er nog iets te eten / drinken te halen!
