Perfect hotel, heerlijk ontbijt. Er was een klein probleem met de boeking en dit is meteen heel goed opgelost door het hotel.

Condition of property is very poor. Very dated. Needs major renovation to bring up to date. Not a good value for the money.

Pros:

Wir wurden herzlichst bei unserer Ankunft begrüßt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit großem Balkon.Sehr bequemes Betten, haben wunderbar geschlafen. Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus war top. Das Hotel hat eine Art Wintergarten das die Verbindung zwischen zwei Gebäuden ist. Dieser hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Er war sehr gemütlich, war mit großen, exotischen Planzen dekoriert, hatte eine sehr bequeme Bestuhlung, dort wurde auch das Frühstück serviert.Vom Wintergarten ging es in einen kleinen, sehr schön begrünten Garten mit einem Springbrunnen. Dort hatten wir Nachmittags unseren Kaffee und Kuchen, da dem Hotel auch eine Konditorei angeschlossen ist. Das hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch den überaus freundlichen Service des gesamten Personals , sei es den Zimmerservice, im Café, die Küche und den Frühstücksservice. Dieses Hotel hat wirklich ein tolles Team das uns sehr beeindruckt hat. So etwas gibt es selten in diesen Zeiten. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Herzlichen Dank.!

Very warm and welcoming - we will stay again when we are next in Landstuhl.
