The hotel is like in a dream, very welcoming staff, surrounding is super green and beautiful
Pros:

Area is just stunning, breakfast area - dreamy, supermarket very close to hotel like 3 mins walk, station is comfortable to reach by walking even with suitcases, there is no restaurant in hotel for lunch and dinner but nearby are good restaurants (woman on receptionist recommended couples)

Cons:

Room a bit old, but it is still comfortable and clean, maybe not very comfortable pillow to sleep but you can ask for another one in reception (a bit better) if pillows can be changed next season for more comfortable ones (now too hard, smth more to medium not too soft, bot too hard would be wonderful) and breakfast if they have smth warm for breakfast and maybe more vegetables would be nice)

Excellent séjour dans bel endroit
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Excellent accueil. Propriétaire et personnel agréables , sympathiques, disponibles et de bons conseils.
Chambre très propre, confortable et très calme. Accès à la ville , restaurants et bateau pour les Îles en 5 minutes.

Hotel parfaitement situé
Pros:

Hotel parfaitement situé : à 2min à pieds du centre ville et 5min à pieds de l'embarcadère pour visiter les iles du Lac. Le personnel est vraiment charmant, aux petits soins. Notre chambre était spacieuse, déco un peu vieillotte mais tout est parfaotement fonctionnel. La climatisation est performante et silencieuse.Nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans le parc de l'hôtel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits de bonne qualité.

Cons:

La douche un peu petite.

La dolce vita
Pros:

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem Lucia war immer zur Stelle, egal was man brauchte und dabei super professionell und schnell. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Carlo war auch ein sehr lustiger und angenehmer Teil des Hotels, wir haben uns immer gefreut ihn zu sehen. Alle anderen waren auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Weekend stay at Lago Maggiore
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully situated, surrounded by greenery. It's in a very peaceful and quiet area, yet just a few steps from the town center and a 5-minute walk from the port where boats to the islands depart. Nice, stylish, and well-air-conditioned room. Great, friendly service. On-site parking.
