Quartos sem vista. A limpeza do quarto não foi realizada, após pedido foi realizada às 18h quando já estávamos a descansar no quarto. A informação entre a equipa do hotel não é uniforme e por vezes é contraditória. Não tem estacionamento próprio. A relação qualidade preço deixa muito a desejar. Mais de 100€ por uma noite de hotel em Santo Tirso.
Conforto da cama, insonorização dos quartos
Um hotel excelente no conforto, na decoração, no que oferece no quarto, na limpeza, na localização do mesmo. Gostei mesmo de tudo o que vi.
Falta ao hotel a oferta de uma piscina e um spa interior. Se tivesse estes serviços, tornava o Hotel ainda mais uma referência hoteleira e turística, numa cidade onde a oferta é muito escassa.
Localização, simpatia dos funcionários
Falta de manutenção do espaço. Para 4* não é aceitável ver manchas em carpetes, paredes com tinta a pelar

Foi uma ótima experiência. Fomos com o objetivo de descansar uma noite apenas. Quando chegamos fizeram-nos o upgrate para a suite que foi maravilhoso. Alem do upgrate ainda nos ofereceram dois vouchers para dois cocktails no bar do hotel. Funcionarios do hotel todos super simpáticos. Iremos voltar
