Feels more authentic than the larger corporate hotels, lovely pool lots of space in the suites and very friendly staff
Not as polished as a corporate hotels, shabby sheik but I like that
Everything was great! The location was beautiful and had a great view. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. There was a group of 10 of us girls, one of us celebrating a 40th birthday and the staff organised a surprise party at the indoor pool for her. This was far beyond what we expected and we were super impressed. The breakfast was delicious and varied everyday, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very windy 4 days but we managed to go out and spend our time enjoying ourselves which was thanks to the location. Ps... the supply of body cream in the bathroom was AMAZING!
The only issue we had was the air-conditioning. Due to it being windy and cold outside we were trying to put the heat setting on however we didn't manage to. Unsure if this was us not being able to figure out how to change the setting or if it was broken.

Really welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The staff sorted our taxi services and gave excellent recommendations for our stay.

We were able to leave our suitcases after checkout which allowed us to enjoy our last day without carrying luggage.

The WiFi did not work all around the building. You had to reconnect to different WiFi depending on where you went.
Tunnelmallinen hotelli, joka henkii paikallista rentoa fiilistä. Ihana aamiainen, joka päivä erilaisia juttuja tarjolla joten ei päässyt kyllästymään tarjontaan. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, mukava rauhallinen tunnelma, hyvä sijainti. Perhehuoneen poreallas kattoterassilla aivan ihana, upealla näköalalla vuorten suuntaan. Lapset viihtyivät mainiosti erityisesti lämpimässä sisäuima-altaassa, joka ei tosin uimiseen soveltunut mutta pienemmille juuri sopiva ”pulikointiallas”. Myös suomalainen sauna lämmitettiin pyynnöstä, rauhassa saatiin saunoa. Huoneen parveekkelta myös ihana näkymä vuorille ja uima-altaalle.
Huoneessa oli tavaroille huonosti kaappitilaa, piti säilyttää vaatteet matkalaukuissa. Valaistuksessa oli myös puutteita, esim. lukuvaloja olisi kaivannut. Lasten sängyissä ei kunnollisia peittoja, vain karheat huovat ja lakanat, mutta maistui unet niissäkin. Kylpyhuone olisi kaivannut päivitystä, esim. poreammeen poreet eivät toimineet, pyykkinaru katkennut ja huonosti kuivatustilaa uikkareille ja pyyhkeille, vessan ovea ei saanut lukkoon. Pari pikkuikkunaa ilman verhoja, jotka piti peittää muilla tavoin ettei aurinko paistaisi aamulla aikaisin sisään. Nämä pikkujutut eivät kuitenkaan liiaksi häirinneet kokonaisuutta, vaan kaikkinensa huone oli kiva, viihtyisä ja tilava.
great location just 2 min walk from beach / bus to city just 1 min walk distance and easy to get to bus . very friendly hotel and nice atmosphere . nice pool and very large family room we stay 5 very comfort / breakfast is ok
Our family of five had an unforgettable week at Tamarix Del Mar Suites!! We loved everything! The location was perfect, the food delicious, and our room with a private jacuzzi and stunning views was pure bliss. The complimentary bottle of wine was such a lovely touch. The staff were absolutely outstanding — so friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond, even booking restaurants and giving us great local tips. The cleaning team were incredible and always worked around our schedule, and the beds were super comfortable. We truly didn’t want to leave!

Grosse Appartement. Wir erhielten upgrade mit Jaccuzzi. Feines Frühstücksbuffet. Lage nahe beim Meer. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. War sehr schön.
Frühstück war leider nur indoor aber dafür sehr abwechslungsreich. Wasser im Pool etwas kalt.

A brilliant stay, everything you want from accomodation. Great location - near a bus stop to the town centre and very close to the beach. Surrounded by many good food options. The staff are all friendly and always willing to help. The room and hotel amenities are perfect.
