The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. They were helpful and attentive throughout my stay, and made me feel very welcome. Excellent service at the reception.
The service at the restaurant was absolutely terrible. I waited more than an hour for my dinner, which is completely unacceptable. The staff was slow and the overall service was very disappointing. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

A little Noisy room.
We were on the 4th floor, corner family room. The view from the balcony and windows of Lauterbrunnen valley and the mountains were amazing. We even saw a double rainbow after a rain storm. The breakfast was incredible with lots of options.
It was noisy and not peaceful. The restaurant downstairs liked to play the music very loudly and it was really bothersome. The staff were able to make them turn it down. The next day, it was loud again.
The carpet looked old, the apartment was a bit run down. There were two beds upstairs, but it was very stuffy there with only one tiny window that opened just a crack. Our daughter moved down to the couch. The balcony floor was old wood that was a bit scary.

The location is fantastic—close to the train station and gondola right on the main street.
The gym and pool facilities are also very good.
I was very disappointed with the serving staff. We paid for half board, which we have done previously at other properties in Wengen. Half board at Victoria Lauberhorn was very subpar in comparison. They seemed very understaffed. The food always seemed to be the leftovers of the restaurant and tap water is an extra charge of 5chf per carafe (we needed at least 2-3 carafes per meal). I heard multiple guests complain also about the wait staff as well. Unfortunately, having this experience every evening for one week, I was just ready to be done with this hotel.

Chambre un peu petite et quelques traces d’usure dans la salle de bain
Le prix était sympa malgré que la piscine etais en transformation, il y avait tout de même le spa extérieur. Il y a un hangar pour stationner les vélos. La chambre était simple mais correcte. Le petit déjeuner etait aussi bien voir même très bien.

The included breakfast was wonderful! Lots of variety and choices.
The location was amazing and so close to everything. The train was just steps away which was fantastic! The breakfast was really good too. The world cup was playing and they had a huge screen of the playoffs which was super fun! The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful the entire time.
The spa was being renovated so the pool wasn't open, but we were able to use the cold plunge, sauna, steam room, and spa.
