Great location and excellent service. Room was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Location just next to the train station was perfect as we had a wheelchair. The staff were excellent and friendly - very helpful. Restaurant was reasonably good, but choices of food not large enough for eating more than twice in several days.

Cons:

We were really looking forward to using the hotel pool and spa, but it was closed for maintenance when we arrived - it was so disappointing. Fortunately, the reception desk made amends by giving us discounts for the rooms. This shows good initiative and made up for our disappointment. We accept the outcome.

Everyone was friendly & helpful. The restaurant was slammed with dinner guests so things didn’t quite go as well as

We received a warm welcome from Robert at Reception as we entered & all his kind help during our 2 night stay was so appreciated! Jessica at Reception was also very nice & was able to answer our questions & make suggestions. Our beautiful room & balcony with Jungfrau views was well appointed & comfortable. We do have issues with flat bed pillows & the heavy duvets everywhere in Europe but we managed. Dinner on night 1 & lunch on day 2 was good.

Very good location. Clean. Amenities outside are not well taken care off

Great location, very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The hotel promotes great facilities that are not currently available. Also the garden is kind of run down, old…. Pictures online are much prettier than reality. It is still a good hotel, just don’t expect it to be as in the online pictures.
