Magnifique hotel au coeur des montagnes
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, belle vue, belle terrasse, solarium, piscine, sauna, hamam, bain froid, bain chaud

Pros:

Le prix était sympa malgré que la piscine etais en transformation, il y avait tout de même le spa extérieur. Il y a un hangar pour stationner les vélos. La chambre était simple mais correcte. Le petit déjeuner etait aussi bien voir même très bien.

We loved Wengen and the hotel. We had a fantastic time and want to come back!
Pros:

The location was amazing and so close to everything. The train was just steps away which was fantastic! The breakfast was really good too. The world cup was playing and they had a huge screen of the playoffs which was super fun! The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful the entire time.

Cons:

The spa was being renovated so the pool wasn't open, but we were able to use the cold plunge, sauna, steam room, and spa.

We only spent a day here but it gave us everything we needed for that time.
Pros:

Great location, nice and clean except for the smell of smoke in our room when we arrived.

Pros:

The hotel's location is amazing, right next to the train station. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was quite sufficient.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, good breakfast!
Pros:

I've stayed here many times and they are always consistent. The location is excellent, the onsite facilities are also very good.

Cons:

Some items in my room were a little dated or need some attention. Rust on the heaters etc. But it did not bother me, however I can imagine some guests wont like this.

Very poor. Only the view was exceptional. I received misleading information while booking the accommodation
Pros:

I liked the view and the location.

Cons:

There was no fridge / minibar. The staff however were accommodating in providing ice. The hotel has no atmosphere and several things were broken (coffee machine kept breaking down, no shampoo in the dispenser, sink did not evacuate properly unless manipulated). The balcony was cramped and rickety. After double checking if our rooms had a balcony and Jungfrau view I was told this was not guaranteed unless I paid CHF 50 per room per night extra. On Booking the room photos clearly showed a balcony. This is misleading.
Last but not least the spa was closed. This was not announced on Booking, even after I found out on the official website that the spa was closed. Even during the closure of the spa the hotel prominently advertised free spa access.

Mixed feelings.. The room was he disappointment but the view was spectacular; personnel superfriendy

Front desk guy, Martin was very friendly. Explained everything in detail. All personnel was very friendly.

Cons:

Our room was tiny. Very unhappy. The view was very good though.

Perfect
Pros:

Location cannot be beaten for Mountain View’s. Everything spotlessly clean and amazing breakfast.

Staff were a little slow clearing tables at breakfast but they were all busy.

Tiny room, no A/C, no Spa
Pros:

Location was good, but not worth staying more than a couple of days.

Cons:

Watch out! The pictures of the double room are misleading, the room is tiny!! There is no A/C and the heat was extreme, they only provide you a fan.

The SPA is also closed and it was not mentioned when we booked.

We left mid stay and they didn’t refund anything. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

Hotellet er ikke nyt mere men omgivelserne er fantastiske hvis man kan lide bjerge og natur vær opmærksom på at du ikke kan køre i bil, men kun kan komme dertil via den lokale togbane

Hotellets wellness område er under renovering, hotellets alder retfærdiggør ikke prisen for opholdet, trods det at vi er i Schweiz
