Excelente 10/10
Pros:

Excelente hotel! 100% recomendable. Desde la llegada hasta la salida el personal muy amable y atento . Pudimos dejar las valijas a la entrada y salida lo que es de mucha ayuda. El desayuno muy bueno, el spa y la piscina también excelentes, nuestra hija lo super disfruto y tanto la piscina como el gym tienen horarios extendidos por lo que se super disfrutan. Las instalaciones del hotel tanto adentro como por fuera son espectaculares. Sin dudas muy recomendable

We liked the Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn in Wengen so much that we recommend it to friends and family.
Pros:

Customer service was great, especially from Martin Fogt. He gave us personalized walking map and instructions for a fantastic day trip to Lauderbrunen. The spa was luxurious and the free transportation card gave us access to the local sites. We highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a very special stay and experience.

Cons:

Our guest room was a bit small, but comfortable and clean.

Superb location and exceptionally friendly staff, with some room for improvement in pool maintenance and amenities
Pros:

The location is superb, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to everything in Wengen. The hotel is well situated and offers a very convenient base for exploring the area . The staff throughout the hotel, including the front desk, fitness center, kitchen were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The pool area could be better maintained. Some of the tiles had yellowish discoloration, which made the area look less clean than expected.

I was also surprised that guests appeared to be free to take photos around the pool, which raised some privacy concerns. There also seemed to be little attention to ensuring that guests showered before entering the pool.

Another unexpected detail was the lack of shower caps in the guest rooms. I specifically asked the front desk for one, but was told that none were available. While this is a small amenity, I would have expected a hotel of this standard to provide one, at least upon request.

Lovely hotel with great brekky. Rooms were small but comfy with wonderful view
Pros:

Great locarion close to the train station and the cable car. Wellness centre with pool, sauna, steam room was a treat after big days of walking

Cons:

Sauna and steam room were nude only which was a surprise for some.
No fridge in the room.

Beautiful old hotel across from station with lovely staff & great indoor pool but still needs some further improveme
Pros:

It's a beautiful hotel with lovely decor and chandeliers. If you were lucky enough like us to get a room with a balcony and a view, it's worth it!
The new indoor pool/Jacuzzi/quiet room is 10/10! The location is directly opposite the train station & the staff at the hotel are very nice.

Cons:

The main surprise was that there is no fridge in the room and no teaspoon for your coffee, I don't think with this class of hotel you should be expected to stir your drink with a stick lols. The bathroom was beautifully renovated, but the bedroom was dated, the carpet had stains on it.
I'm not sure if there was a herd of elephants staying above us, the noise was constant and I checked with reception and they said directly above us on the third floor were just normal rooms like ours, interesting 🤔
Buffet breakfast was OK. I've definitely had better. Their restaurant 'Pasta and More' was just ok too.

Pros:

아침식사 정말 훌륭했어요. 과일 야채 빵 게란 꿀 요구르트 빵도 6-7종으로 다양했고요 과일도 신선한 과일을 많이 먹을 수 있었어요. 치즈도 여러개 제공이 되었고 커피와 차도 여러 종류를 즐길 수 있어서 아주 좋았습니다.

Amazing! Thrilled with this hotel--location, mountain views, great breakfast and terrific pool!
Pros:

The view of the glacier from our balcony was the best we've ever had--astonishing! And though no other review really mentioned it, the POOL at this hotel is the coolest I have ever seen! Crazy-rapid lazy river IN the pool, comforting massage jets and water hose, an outdoor hot tub with a view of the stars, a sauna...all utterly AMAZING! The breakfast was also delicious and served in a beautiful room...highly recommend! The staff were so nice, the hotel so clean, and RIGHT across from the train station in a still-quiet but convenient way! They'll also happily store your luggage while you're off on a hike, which was very helpful. The rooms are not the most lavish we've ever seen, to be sure, but we would stay here again in a heartbeat, and in fact hope to do so--and soon!!!! Trust me--it's great!
