Pros:

Location was excellent. Decent small budget room for one person.

Cons:

Staircase leading up to the rooms was narrow and awkward.

Could do with a bit more room to put your suitcase and generally move about.

Hotel en muy malas condiciones pero bien ubicado.
Pros:

La ubicación es lo único bueno del hotel. Menos mal que solo lo usábamos para dormir porque el Hotel está en muy malas condiciones.

Cons:

Muy pequeño, sucio. Con un servicio de limpieza pésimo. Accesibilidad horrible, sin ascensor y las escaleras súper estrechas, tienes que subir y bajar todas las maletas a pulso. Viajamos con niños y fue una experiencia muy poco agradable.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and really enjoyed it. The room was small and cozy, quiet and comfortable. No one bothered us, and it was close to the city center. We'll definitely return to this hotel again.

Good location, close to everything

Cons:

The personal was very rude. The room wasn’t very clean, there were bodily fluids on the pillow. The pillows were rock hard. The room was soo hot u couldn’t be inside during the day. There was no microwave like they say in the q&a. And we were charged 5 pounds per bag to live the luggage after the check out even though they also said in the q&a that you can live it anytime free of charge!!!! Also when we came back to pick up the luggage they asked for picture proof, thank god we insisted on taking the receipt when we paid

The position of the hotel because it was very near to the station, underground and also to the bars.

Cons:

Hotel w znakomitej lokalizacji, 20 min. do Bog Bena i 20 min. pieszo do Pałacu Buckingham. Market za rogiem, knajpki blisko.
Hotel ogólnie oceniam pozytywnie mimo małego metrażu pokoju wszystko było ok.
W ciągu 4 dni zobaczyliśmy wszystko co zaplanowaliśmy. Obeszliśmy prawie całe City i najważniejsze zabytki piechotą po kilkanaście do dwudziestu kilku km dziennie ;)

Lovely little hotel. Ideal location . Staff were very helpful. The room was just a little tired

Clean linen and towels.. it was good to have a fridge. The location was excellent for Victoria Station.

Cons:

Bathroom and shower were to small.
Had to ask for more coffee and sugar and clean towels and empty the bin.
Room was not cleaned
