Calidad precio genial
Pros:

La localización. El personal. Y de la habitación tenia el baño pequeño pero reformado, la cama era muy comoda y tenia hervidor y mini frigo.

Cons:

Aunque estaba limpio, la moqueta en el suelo me parece poco higienica y no estaria mal un lavado de cara con solo pintar paredes pero realmente lo unico que no me gusto es que la ventana no se cerraba por completo, tampoco me molesto en exceso porque tenia un pestillo

Really nice place and location is the best thing

Cons:

We arrived and had to wait more than 3 hours after check in time to be allowed in the room as they was re tiling the bathroom between guests. After they had done the work it was left really dusty and the carpet very damp, I’m assuming they had experienced a leak behind the toilet.
It was made worse as we had a child who was extremely tired from travelling and we couldn’t just relax. They offered us a late check out to make up for it and when it came to the check out time they had forgot and knocked on the door 3 minutes after original check out time so we just got our stuff and left

La atención del personal y la ubicación han sido inmejorables. La habitación en cuanto a la revelación calidad precio excelentes. Y aunque hacía algo de calor en la habitación, con el ventilador por el día y la ventana semi abierta por la noche se están de lujo

Great location, fair condition, poor hygiene
Pros:

The location is brilliant right next to Victoria train and underground stations and just round the corner from Buckingham palace.

Cons:

The hotel has a lot of potential but I think it suffers from understaffing, the room was rather dirty and we went out and got some cleaning products to give it a light clean before we slept.
