Very happy with our stay at this well located, well maintained, newly refurbished property
Pros:

Clean, good facilities, excellent family room configuration with one double bed and two single beds. Good location in a nice area and within a 3 minute walk to Earls Court tube station and M&S food.

Nice hotel, v clean, cleaning times a bit of a pain
Pros:

Cleaning was top notch and cleaners were v nice. I left £20 for them in room and hope manager passed on. Room was small but v nice and shower room was v nice and toiletries useful.

Cons:

Although we knew about cleaning of rooms between 3 and 5pm this was not ideal eg you couldn't go out and come back to ready for evening without risking bumping into cleaners. One one day (in.line with hotel directory in room) we asked if our room could be cleaned as early as possible as we wanted to rest before going out in evening). Manager was v unhelpful and droned on about cleaning rooms to be let that day first.....I said I appreciated that but hotels own guidance offered that management would try to accommodate changes etc. He eventually said he would do what he could but whole experience was a bit sour to be honest.

체크인시 보증금 100파운드청구(그래서 청결한듯)
체크아웃할때 바로 승인 캔슬해주는게 아니라 손님 떠난다음 확인하고 캔슬처리 해주겠다함 외국인이 떠나는 마당에 어떻게 믿고...?그래도 나중에 보니 캔슬은 해주긴 했음

Clean, modern hotel in a great location with easy access to transport.
Pros:

The room was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The facilities were excellent, and the overall standard of accommodation was very good.

The smaller room was a little cramped for two people, but it was still comfortable for a short stay.

The location was excellent, with the tube station only a short walk away, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Summer in London
Pros:

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at St. Mark's Hotel.
Monica looked after us so well when we arrived, moving us to a triple room. Our room was beautiful, clean with air-conditioning, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. The beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for exploring Kensington and public transport if heading further afield.

Great hotel in a fab location!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean with great facilities in the room. Air con was much appreciated as it was during the heatwave that we stayed. Would highly recommend this hotel. It has absolutely everything you need for a lovely stay in London.
