Peaceful haven in a great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel. It was peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. We were lucky to have the suite with the two terraces - the view was gorgeous. Good shower, comfortable bed.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could be better quality - add some quality pastries and some good bread and it would be more enjoyable without adding high cost. The lift was pretty creaky - we avoided it when possible!!

Very satisfying. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The place was renovated within the past ten, making it like new construction. But not just that, all the details are tasteful. Even the plumbing fixtures are quality.

Pros:

El personal es muy agradable y las instalaciones están limpias y cuidadas.
El hotel está situado cerca de las vías principales y en una calle con comercios y restaurantes, a pesar del ruido la habitación está muy bien insonorizada y se descansa.

L’emplacement, sa décoration, la gentillesse des 2 réceptionniste à notre arrivée, l’une parlait parfaitement français, la seconde a fait l’effort d’essayer de nous parler en français

Pros:

Location, old world charm with modern amenities, good breakfast.

Cons:

Car parking was difficult to achieve without getting a fine for being in a restricted zone. Best to find a park in a non restricted zone and walk or taxi to the hotel. We stayed in Victoria parking a 10 minute walk to hotel.

Pros:

Au cœur du centre ville et très calme.
Chambre spacieuse.
Joli patio.
Personnel très aimable.

Cons:

C’est un détail, je n’ai pas adhéré au choix de mettre des stores vénitiens intégrés à l’intérieur du double vitrage : dans ma chambre ils se manœuvraient pas ou peu, finalement ces stores obscurcissent trop la journée (rendant la chambre sombre) et pas assez le matin (réveillé par le jour).

The location is amazing! It is perfect, close to anything and close to Albaizin. Maria, I think she works during the night shift is incredibly thoughtful, helpful and friendly! This place is safe, fun and affordable!

Très bien placé, très confortable et personnel très gentil.
Pros:

L'emplacement : très bien placé par rapport au centre ville, au centre historique et à l'alambra. A pied, depuis l'hôtel, il faut 20 minutes environ pour se rendre à l'entrée Puerta de Los Carros de l'alambra (et nous avons plus de 50 ans). Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Sans que nous le demandions, un matin, il nous a gentiment été proposé d'avancer de 30 minutes l'heure d'ouverture de la salle de petit-déjeuner rien que pour nous. Très appréciable ! Enfin, l'hôtel est très confortable et est très bien équipé.

Cons:

Au cours de notre séjour, nous avons rencontré deux personnes pour s'occuper de la salle du petit-déjeuner. Nous avons été très surpris de voir l'une d'entre elle s'occuper des fleurs en pot présentes dans la cours de l'hôtel, alors que cette personne est aussi chargée de la préparation de la salle de petit-déjeuner. Ces deux activités ne nous semblent pas compatibles pour être pratiquées en même temps !
