The room stank of smoke every thing was poor
Very uncomfortable beds springs pinging with each movement. Toilet not secured to the floor so moved when using 🤦♀️Expected a double bed but got 2 singles which wasn’t that much of a problem, very noisy outside which went on until at least 3am and needed window open as very hot. Usually satisfied to just have a clean bed to get my head down but poor uncomfortable short sleep.
Room smelt mixture of musty, mould and sick, bed super uncomfy, blind broke very dusty by blinds, no healthy and safety or fire safety information in room, shower had mould in, on arrival (was early) asked to sit down for 5 minutes waited 30 minutes,
Checking out.
The hotel was very unclean, the blinds in room 105 were broken and unable to be lifted to let any air in the room from the window. The mattress was very old and very thin, the drawers looked like they'd been found fly tipped. The window safety latch was broken, there was a hole in the bathroom wall. The shower basin was stained and dirty looking. The couch in the lobby looked like it had seen more action than some couches I've seen abandoned in alley ways.
The place had an awful smell and the room was worse. The cleaners did as much as they could but were fighting a loosing battle as the place is in such poor condition.
Tiny room and extremely small bathroom
Very very uncomfortable mattresses
Everything
Not much, off street parking but pay extra.
Where to start. Location is interesting to be polite. Can't or shouldn't walk to town. Rooms felt grim. Window blind didn't work and when moved covered me in dust. Shower leaked and soap dish fell off. Wanted deposits in cash for everything else . Was cheapest around due to graduation week but found out why very rapidly. Sorry but will sleep in the car next time as it's preferable to this experience.
Lobby, bed
Small room
Nothing.
Firstly people need to understand the area is very poor. People with alcohol addiction drinking at the hotel entrance and drug use openly happening on the the street. I'm not talking about weed here. Overall felt very unsafe and I'm not a shrinking violet or a "Karen"! Room was poor repair and the lock on the door broken. We didn't stay!
The staff were polite.
The hotel is run down.
The spring bed was very uncomfortable, I stayed for only one of the two nights booked.
The entrance and stairwell were dirty and had a mouldy smell.
The hotel looked tired and was well past it's paydays.
The showers cubicle was small..that said the hot water works albeit at a very slow flow rate.
I feel robbed.
Everything, position and staff particularly Georgia but All the staff were polite and helpful
Nothing
I didn't stay enough to have breakfast. I left after minutes of my arrival
The place was not clean. No air conditioning.
The room was a good size but there was a hole in the wall which was covered up by a sheet of paper that stated the housekeeping rules and WI-FI, the radiator had partially fallen off the wall, the toilet was not mounted to the bathroom wall only the floor therefore it moved as you sat down, there were holes on the bathroom wall, the venetian blinds would not properly turn and stay there, and the room smelt of sweat.
The outside of the building is lovely
Ok, so I booked a room with no windows, I guess ventilation was an issue, it smelt of cigarettes
Einfaches Hotel, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
The receptionist is very friendly and helpful
