Location was good but the A/C was turned off and needed to go downstairs in person to ask they will turn it ON because de room was very hot. I DO NOT LIKE NOT HAVING CONTROL OF THE TEMPEARURE IN MY OWN ROOM

Camera confortevole e pulita. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Staff, sia alla reception che in sala colazione, gentile e premuroso. Posizione comoda per la vicinanza al porto.
Non c'è regolazione aria condizionata in quanto centralizzata.

Good
Le camere sono ben organizzate e non manca praticamente nulla. La posizione è ottima sia per raggiungere il porto che l'aeroporto. Nel servizio invece cose fatte bene e cose fatte male, perlopiù dovute alla persona con cui si interloquiva. Forse non è bello fare distinzioni, ma credo che sia anche giusto dare a Cesare quello che è di Cesare. Una nota di merito a Maria al Ristorante, guarda caso l'unica di cui conosco il nome, proprio perché persona affabile che ti fa sentire a casa, altri con cui non c'è stata la stessa confidenza ma che in maniera diversa hanno fatto il loro bene, e altri che appena seduto ti ricordavano solo che la cucina chiudeva alle 21.30.
Ho usufruito spesso del ristorante a cena e anche lì si è passati da piatti squisiti (sopratutto i primi, una fetta di bovino arrostita eccelsa e gamberoni freschissimi) a piatti meno convincenti o immangiabili (come nel caso di una orata che non ho capito di cosa sapesse). Non credo sia stata responsabilità del cuoco, ma proprio della materia prima che gli è stata data o che ha provveduto ad acquistare.
Stessa situazione si è verificata alla Hall, dove persone, nonostanti i problemi che si sono verificati con la stanza sin dall'arrivo, si sono mostrati realmente dispiaciuti e hanno cercato di risolvere nel migliore dei modi, e chi invece, chiedendo di pagare il conto di una cena, mi ha mandato in cucina a prendere personalmente la comanda, quando credo che sarebbe dovuto avvenire il contrario, a chi, chiedendo di saldare i conti, mi dice di aspettare che doveva fare prima il check in a delle persone che stavano arrivando in quel momento. Non credo che funzioni così. Sono una persona di larghe vedute e comprensiva ma credo che certi piccoli accorgimenti vadano fatti.
