Cons:

La struttura ha un potenziale molto elevato ma la gestione lascia a desiderare.
C'è stato un guasto all'aria condizionata ma solo dopo insistenti lamentele ne siamo venuti a conoscenza e la stanza era caldissima (quasi 33°).
Anche nelle parti comuni e sala colazione l'aria condizionata non era in funzione.

Luogo splendido, tutto molto ben curato e pulito. Camera silenziosa, pulita e affacciata sul verde circostante. Piscina bellissima e tranquilla. Staff molto cordiale, simpatico e disponibile! Possibilità di parcheggiare comodamente all'interno, con precise indicazioni arrivate via messaggio il giorno precedente all'arrivo. Colazione ricchissima!

Vacanza rilassante nella Maremma più bella ma con qualche punta di grigio.
Pros:

Posizione fantastica per visitare Maremma e alto Lazio. Piscina molto bella anche se necessiterebbe di una pulizia del fondo.

Cons:

La gestione non è esattamente quella che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questo livello. Siamo rimasti due giorni senza aria condizionata (con temperature vicine ai 40 gradi all’esterno) senza che nessuno si premurasse di avvertire gli ospiti proattivamente e scusarsi. Wi-Fi veramente scadente. Colazione discreta ma anche qui da una struttura di questi tipo ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa di più in termini di qualità e presentazione del buffet.
Peccato perché il resort è veramente bello e inserito in un contesto con grandi potenzialità.
