Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y está en un predio hermoso. Es un complejo grande de tan solo 44 habitaciones, todas en la misma planta pero dispersas en el predio. Su ubicación nos permitió visitar varias de las playas más conocidas fácilmente. La cordialidad del personal es algo para destacar. El estacionamiento es amplio y sin costo.

Cons:

Si tuviera servicio de lavandería sería ideal.

Enttäuschendes Hotel, jedoch mit guter Lage.
Pros:

Sehr Sauber, ruhige Anlage und der nächste Strand war in wenigen geh Minuten erreichbar. Zudem war der Garten der Anlage sehr gepflegt.

Room Feedback:

Die Zimmer sind allgemein sehr alt und einfach gehalten. Im August hatten wir 30 Grad und die Klima Anlage hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Auf Anfrage hieß es nur wegen den steigenden Strom Kosten sind die Klima Anlagen nur auf Minimum gestellt. Während der Nacht schwitzt man sich ab. Die Betten sind nicht wirklich komfortabel und man hat nur 1 kleines Kissen zur Verfügung. Generell für den Preis pro Nacht einfach nicht das Geld wert.

Frühstück:

Das Frühstück ist typisch 3 Sterne auch eher Basis gehalten und die Qualität ist sehr schlecht. Alle Crossaints werden einfach vom Supermarkt geholt und das Ambiente ist einfach nicht wirklich gemütlich. Ab 9 Uhr werden auch viele Snacks nicht mehr nachgefüllt, da einfach zu wenig Personal da ist. Omelette ect muss man alles bestellen, dauert zu lange und wenn man kurz vor Frühstück Ende noch bestellt bekommt man einen bösen Blick.. Es gibt keine Menü Karte was man eigentlich bestellen kann. Das macht es leicht für das Personal „Nein“ zu sagen.

Poolbar:

Die Poolbar ist ein Disaster. Die gesamte Bar wird nur von einer Person betreut und muss Getränke, Essen und das Abräumen der Tische komplett selbst erledigen. Wenn man mehr als 5 Gäste was bestellen wollen kann es gut 1 Std. Dauern bis man sein Snack hat, da einfach zu wenig Personal da ist. Der Kellner geht für jedes einzelne Gericht in die Küche, was bei einer Einzel Besetzung in High Season nicht Akzeptabel ist. Die Pool Bar ist generell nur von 12:30h bis 14:00 Uhr geöffnet, was is High Season ein no Go ist. Will man was um 14:10Uhr essen bekommt man direkt ne absage. Durch den vielen Stress der Kellner werden regelmäßig Wünsche vergessen oder nicht berücksichtigt. Da ich für ein Sandwich nicht nochmal 45min warten möchte, habe ich nicht nochmal bestellt. Dies ist keine Kritik an die Kellner, sondern ans Management bzw. die Personalplanung.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Können es jedem empfehlen.
Pros:

Noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer, das Hotel, der Pool und die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Für uns war die Lage optimal. Eine ruhige Umgebung. In der Nähe mehrere Strände, auch kleine falls man seine Ruhe haben möchte. Mit dem Auto war man innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Stadt.
Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Todo muy bien el desayuno muy variado y muy bueno y los camareros muy atentos

Cons:

Hay momentos que la piscina está llena y no hay suficientes tumbonas y el socorrista te pone algunas auxiliares, pero hay gente que se reserva la tumbona y pasan horas y no hay nadie y simplemente tienen la toalla guardando el sitio.
