I loved staying here.
Pros:

Location was ideal, very close to the funicular to the main railway station, making this a short journey of only approx 10 mins.
I got a professional and courteous welcome at reception on my arrival.
Also, the restaurant staff were entirely attentive, replenishing all items of the very nice continental breakfast at frequent intervals. I didn't need to ask for anything.
I decided to dine in one evening, when the restaurant was already very busy. Despite this, a member of staff found me a comfortable spot (which allowed for a good view of the football on TV). My order arrived soon, and I appreciated the choice of food available, as well as the food quality.
My room was small, which I had expected, but cleaned to a high standard. I was grateful for the fan provided, which did a good job of keeping the room cool in the unusually high temperatures.

Cons:

There was genuinely nothing I could fault.

C'était bien
Pros:

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement qui est proche du lieu où je devais aller pour ce séjour, j'ai aussi aimé que l'on m'attribue un lit plus grand à l'arrivée, la chambre était sympa, le petit déjeuner aussi et j'ai aussi apprécié la possibilité d'avoir un badge pour stationner mon véhicule.

Cons:

Je trouverais sympa qu'à l'arrivée à l'hôtel lors du check-in on me renseigne sur : horaires petit-dej, à quoi sert la deuxième clé, et qu'on me propose le badge pour la voiture. Même si j'étais déjà venue 3 mois auparavant (c'était une autre personne qui m'avait accueilli) je n'étais plus sûre de ces informations.
Aussi, je trouve qu'on entend beaucoup les personnes dehors (bar en dessous de l'hôtel), mais les bouchons d'oreilles à disposition dans la chambre atténuent un peu.
