וואו זה קשה לפרט כלכך כי באמת שהכל היה כלכך טוב ישנתי בהוסטל במשך חמישה לילות, זה אומנם לא תלוי בהם אך האנשים שהיו איתי בחדר היו נחמדים וחברותיים מאוד כך שהרגשתי מאוד בנוח ובטוח ונהנתי לשוחח עם האנשים בחדר שלי.

ראשית והדבר הכי חשוב, הצוות. והוא באמת היה מאוד חברותי ונחמד, כל שאלה ובקשה ישר ענו המליצו ועזרו(למרות שלא היתה שום בעיה), אני רוצה לציין את רודריגו שעבד בערך כל יום תמיד עם חיוך גדול על הפנים מברך אותך לבוקר טוב בשפה שלך(שהוא למד...) מנהל איתך שיחה ממליץ על מקומות ועושה מעל ומעבר בשבילך, אז תודה לך רודריגו על היחס האכפתי והסופר רגיש
נעבר אל החדר, אני ישנתי בחדר עם 4 מיטות חדר מרווח, המזרנים מאוד נוחים ולמרות שפניתי לרחוב שעובר שיפוצים החלון אטם אותם טוב מאוד, בנוסף לזה המקלחת והשירותים נקיים מאוד ויש תחלופה יומית של מגבות סדינים ומצעים.
בנוסף לכך יש במקום מטבח חינמי* וגם מכונת כביסה ומייבש בתשלום* שניהם מאוד נוחים לשימוש.
ישנו איזור משותף לכל חברי המלון עם משחק סנוקר שעולה מחיר סמלי של 3 יורו.
מיקום המלון הוא מצויין ממקום כחצי שעה הליכה מאי המוזיאונים אך 2 תחנות מטרו, יש תחנה ממש מול הכניסה למלון. באיזור המלון ישנם המון מקומות אוכל ובילוי ממליץ מאוד ללכת לאכול ב all in.
בקיצור הכל ממש ממש טוב והייתי ממליץ לכל אחד לבקר שם גם בגלל המחיר הממש טוב שחד משמעית מחזיר את עצמו ובגם בגלל החוויה של לישון בהוסטל שממש לא יורד מחווית מלון

Trevligt prisvärt hotell med väldigt bra läge i staden.
Pros:

Enkelt men bra hotell i mysiga Prenzlauer Berg. Centralt läge men inte mitt i smeten/det mest hektiska.
Rent, väldigt trevlig personal.

Små rum, vi bodde i ett twinroom på våning 6 och hade i förväg bett om att få ett av de större twinbed-rummen och det fick vi. Som tur är.
Fin utsikt över TV-tornet!
Väldigt bra att kunna öppna fönstret på vid gavel för att få in luft i det varma rummet.

Tyst och lugnt på vår våning, inga störningar av ljud från andra gäster.

Bra att kunna förvara bagaget i låst bagagerum hela avresedagen.

Kan tänka mig hur varmt det skulle bli mitt i sommaren.

Saknades glas/koppar på rummet, tycker att det borde finnas iallafall två glas i badrummet.

Stort vägbygge precis utanför entrén/hotellet som drar ner betyget/omdömet lite. Är inte är kul att titta ut på, och man behöver gå omvägar runt det för att komma över gatan osv. Ljud från arbetet på vardagar (ingen aktivitet på helgen dock så det var bra).

le dévouement et la disponibilité du personnel, la qualité des équipements, le petit déjeuner copieux

Les portes des appartements sont très lourdes et font beaucoup de bruit; C'est vraiment dommage que vous n'acceptiez pas l'argent liquide. Et que se passe t-il si notre banque bloque notre carte ou qu'on l'a perdue pendant le voyage? L'argent, avant d'être des données cryptées ou numériques, c'est des pièces et des billets. Vous me dîtes que c'est pour une question de sécurité, mais la sécurité vous est garantie par booking, qui me demande déjà de mettre mon numéro de carte lors de ma réservation mon nom, mon secur code et la date de fin de validité. A ce moment là, je me demande bien pourquoi booking m'a demandé mon numéro de carte si le prélèvement n'est pas effectué le jour de mon arrivée à l'hôtel, et que les réceptionnistes de l'accueil me demandent de dégainer ma carte pour un oui ou un non, que ce soit pour un café, un petit déj, ou pour payer la chambre (ça donne l'impression qu'on paie deux fois la chambre). On devrait pouvoir utiliser des pièces de monnaie pour utiliser les machines à laver. Tout ne doit pas toujours passer par l'électronique surtout sur des opérations bancaires aussi dérisoires.
