Pros:

Excellent location, clean, lovely beds.

Cons:

Hard to drive to with the car. Would maybe leave car into a car park and get a taxi there next time. Though their car parking service did work really well.

Apart from not being accomodated earlier, this was a good medium priced hotel in a great location.

Great location, small room but vey comfortable bed.

Cons:

I didn't like that they couldn't offer us even an hour earlier checkin. I have an elderly husband, it was very hot and we had travelled from far away, and had requested an earlier checkin if possible. Usually that is accommodated by a couple of hours, but unfortunately not at Solo Experience. I found it hard to believe a room was not ready before 2.40pm, after we arrived and requested an early room at 10.30 in the morning, hoping for one by lunchtime. Good location, 10 minutes walk from train station and close to the heart of Florence.

Perfecte ligging, zeer goed hotel.
Pros:

Hotel was brandschoon, heerlijk koel met de extreme warmte en het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Bed was erg hard en airco maakte een hoop kabaal. Luxe probleem gezien de warmte van de stad.
