Cons:

I asked to adjust my booking as my visa was going to expire they rejected my request.

Excellent location for catching the train
Pros:

Clean, spacious double room with powerful shower, excellent air-con and comfortable beds. Room had everything we needed like slippers, kettle, fridge. All staff we met were lovely particularly the breakfast lady. Disappointed there weren't any nice cakes at breakfast or more cereal options but breakfast was good overall. Ideal location if catching a train to/from Parma. We found the area very safe even at night. 7min walk into Parma City Centre. All staff very helpful.

Posizione vicinissima alla stazione e mezzi pubblici. Ottima per visitare il centro raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi.

Pros:

Personale squisitamente professionale, dalla reception al servizio colazione. Tutti gentili e super disponibili. Struttura pulita, curata e con attenzione ai dettagli. Posizione top letteralmente di fianco la stazione. Consiglio!!

Quel dommage que le soin ne soit pas renforcé car l’hôtel a tout pour être de bonne qualité.
Pros:

Établissement bien situé à 10 min du centre ville à pieds. Personnel super gentil (jeune homme en soirée qui parle un excellent français, tres professionnel et compétent + jeune femme au petit déjeuner très efficace et accueillante).

Cons:

La chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée à fond:
- étiquette wifi du précédent occupant sur la chaise
- flacons de gel douche usagés dans la douche
- bouts de papier toilette sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain
- poussière et mouton sous le lit

Pros:

Molto pulito e curato, staff accogliente, ottima colazione.

Cons:

Davvero davvero un peccato che appena usciti dalla struttura ci sia il degrado tipico delle stazioni ferroviarie: tossici e senza tetto.

La struttura bella, un ingresso molto elegante, personale alla reception gentile idem servizio colazione.. sicuramente ci tornerei..
Posizionato in un punto strategico
Le foto del sito riferite alla stanza standard sono un pò ingannevoli, perché sono molto migliori 🙂

Cons:

Peccato che non ci sia un parcheggio nelle vicinanze ma si è costretti a usufruire del parcheggio privato della struttura al chiuso ma a pagamento 15€ al giorno.
