Wonderful location with great staff and superb position!
Pros:

Location was great, breakfast was on the roof the last day with lovely views and great atmosphere. The beach was opposite, with lovely bars and restaurants. Short walk to the train station to go to pisa. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
