Posizione centrale vicina alla stazione ed al centro. Parcheggio vicino alla struttura ed in parte compreso nel prezzo.

Cons:

Struttura sporca e camera molto piccola non uguale alle foto del sito. Moquette rovinata e non pulita. Doccia rovinata.

Pros:

Hôtel très beau et confortable. Personnel très sympathique.
Ce qu’on a moins aimé c’est une légère odeur dans la chambre ( ça ne sentait pas le frais, ça ne sentait pas le propre) alors que c’était propre.
Et dans les couloirs, odeur trop forte de parfum de synthèse, nous n’avons pas du tout aimé.
Nous préférons sentir le linge propre et des lieux bien aérés.
Peut être que l’air était chaud et humide ?
Et aussi, nous aurions aimé avoir une bouilloire avec des sachets d’infusion dans la chambre pour se faire une petite boisson chaude le soir en rentrant.

Cons:

Odeur parfum de synthèse dans les couloir et légère odeur dans la chambre.
Absence de bouilloire pour infusion etc…

Pros:

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti sia il lago sia la parte più turistica e storica della vecchia Annecy ,vicina anche alla stazione e servita dai bus.
Parcheggio a pagamento a 2 minuti a piedi con prezzi scontati se ospiti dell'hotel.
Stanze modeste ma pulite ,non troppo spaziose però per 2 persone sono accettabili .
Noi ci siamo trovati bene e sicuramente potremmo tornarci
Manca l'ascensore ma per noi non è stato un problema.

Great location and staff - if you can ignore the carpets!

Location and staff were excellent .

Good VFM breakfast

Cons:

The room was very small, the bathroom even smaller.
The worst thing is the carpet throughout the hotel which looks filthy .
