Bonito hotel de estilo clásico con muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Hotel bonito, con una decoración clásica, elegante y muy cuidada.
La ubicación es buenísima, perfecta para conocer la ciudad.
Cuenta con parking propio y, además, ofrecen servicio de aparcacoches, lo que resulta muy cómodo.
La habitación y el baño son amplios y espaciosos.
La piscina es pequeña, pero perfecta para refrescarse después de un día recorriendo la ciudad.
También tiene una agradable terraza en la azotea, donde puedes sentarte y disfrutar de las vistas.
En definitiva, un hotel con mucho encanto, cómodo y muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

La ventana de la habitación no cerraba del todo bien y, en algunos momentos, se escuchaba un ruido de motor. Al dar la habitación a un patio interior, no había ruido de tráfico, aunque tampoco tenía vistas.

Worth a trip.
Pros:

Lovely hotel friendly and helpful staff, good location for old town, where there is lots to see.

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel. I would definitely stay again because we found it a very interesting city.

Pros:

El trato de la recepcionista del día 19/09 por la mañana al despedirnos

Cons:

Habitaciones frías. El hotel, según indicaron, o tiene activado modo frío para el verano o modo calor para invierno. No se han adaptado a temperaturas frías en los días de nuestra estancia. Nunca he pasado más frío en un hotel y, encima, de cinco estrellas. Trato insuficiente a la entrada: no explicaron lugar para desayunar ni horario, no dieron mapa de Salamanca a pesar de no haber clientes esperando para hacer la entrada. Instalaciones anticuadas (duchas defectuosas). Buffet escaso para hotel de cinco estrellas.

Situación y silencio en las habitaciones

Cons:

Los baños están obsoletos. La puerta de la bañera choca con el toallero y limita el acceso a la bañera. Si alguien tiene un accidente en la bañera habría un problema serio para atenderle y extraerle de ahí.

Sehr schönes Hotel, große Zimmer, ausgezeichnete Lage.
Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Hervorragende Lage, die wichtigsten Plätze der Stadt sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Une belle parenthèse de luxe et de charme
Pros:

L’ accueil et la qualité des prestations proposées. Le petit déjeuner varié dans la verrière du 1er étage. Le bar restaurant en roof top qui a une vue imprenable sur les cathédrales. Et cerise sur le gâteau la piscine sur le toit.

Cons:

Le personnel ne parle pas le français, mais avec l’anglais ça passe sans problème.
