Really nice hotel, but not much around it.
Pros:

Really nice hotel, but not much around it. (Hoever, an excellent value Peruvian resturant less than 5 mins walk away). However, easy to get a bus into the historic centre. Air con worked really well. Breakfast buffet was great. Nice rooms. Nice garden to sit in - especially when lit up at night. Really nice hotel.

Cons:

Bar staff absent at times. Pool out of use which was a disappointment. Public areas not cleaned during our stay.

Falta más limpieza en los baños (WC) y aspiradora en la habitación. En temporada baja tienen poca variedad de tragos, que solo hacen en temporada alta

Lo más relevante de la estancia con mi familia en el hotel ha sido sin duda alguna el trato de todo el personal tanto con los adultos como con los peques

Si tuviera que poner una pega ( que tampoco es importante ) sería que he echado de menos el albornoz en la habitación para poder bajar al Spa

Good choice for Segovia
Pros:

The room was quite large even by American standards. Room was functional and clean. It's a quick bus ride (E2.35) from the train station to the hotel. Study up on the bus system as it works well getting from the hotel to the tourist sites of Segovia. Fares are E1.15, but make sure you catch the bus in the right direction (to or from the hotel).
