El precio. No quisimos el desayuno continental que son 15 euros por persona, porque nosotros con un café y una tostada nos vale. Como no tomas el desayuno continental no puedes sentarte en su sala. Te mandan a una mesa al lado de las piscina. 2 cafés y una tostada más 3 cruasanes muy pequeños y muy duros 12 euros. Me pareció caro y desprecio por no pedir un desayuno de 15 euros por persona. Ahhhh el minibar no enfría. Me cobraron 2 euros por una botella caliente de 50 cl. Estuvimos dos noches pero las toallas no la cambiaron el segundo día que estuvimos de la habitación. Es la segunda vez que fuimos pero no volvemos, eso seguro

La cama era súper cómoda. La habitación muy amplia y con muchos detalles agradables y elegantes. Olía bien y el aire funciona perfectamente.

Personal mejorable pero el lugar espectacular

Las dimensiones de la habitación y de la cama fueron espectaculares. La cama era muy cómoda y cumplió con lo que esperabamos. El buffet del desayuno era muy variado y merece la pena.

Cons:

No llegamos a estar una hora en el spa, el personal 15 minutos antes ya estaba metiendo prisa para que pudieran comenzar a recoger todo. Así que disfrutamos del 75% del tiempo previsto.
Por otro en recepción deberían sonreir. Nos atendió una chica cansada de su trabajo, cumplió con darnos la tarjeta de la habitación, pero la amabilidad y simpatía brilló por su ausencia. No recuerdo su nombre, llevaba gafas.

Magníficas instalaciones, pero necesita mejorar la organización.

Instalaciones excelentes y las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas.

Cons:

La recepción y la cafetería están normalmente desatendidas, hay que ir a buscar cada vez al personal y llamar al timbre. Las máquinas del gimnasio algunas muy endebles y otras directamente estropeadas.
