Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Schade, dass es keine gratis Parkplätze gibt, aussen oder im Garageteil. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Danke, ein anderes Mal gerne wieder.

Pros:

Erstmal begeistert von Pontresina, dann von kleinem süssen Hotel, Fensterblick, freundlichem Personal, hundefreundlicher Umgebung... Im Vergleich zu meiner Erfshrung im Allgäu und Tirol war das insgesamt die beste Erfahrung für mich und meinen Hund.
Ich komme wieder nächstes Jahr nach Pontresina und Hotel Bernina und werde jedenfalls länger bleiben! Wärmste Empfehlung!

Toll gelegenes Hotel mit super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot. Schöner heller Frühstücksraum. Freundliche Mitarbeiter bei der Reception. Rascher check-in. Zimmer war zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Bad wurde kürzlich modernisiert.

Fantastic place, I'd gladly stay there again. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast buffet was really tasty, one of the nicest breakfast I had in a Swiss hotel. Location fantastic - close to Surovas train station and bus stop. Common areas are a very nice touch and so cozy!

Sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, nettes Personal. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Danke.

Cons:

Frühstück bis 10 Uhr. Wir waren um halb 9 dort - Käse gab es kaum mehr und auch die Brotauswahl war schon knapp.

La posizione centrale. la cortesia del personale.

Cons:

Stanza rumorosa e mal tenuta. Scarico dell'acqua del bagno che scorreva tutto il tempo. Tubi neon sotto il porta tenda della la finestra Rotti . Sciacquone della stanza di fianco o superiore come se fosse in stanza. Asta tapparella rotta e aggiustata alla bene meglio. Bottiglia di acqua frizzante riempita con quella del rubinetto.

Pros:

Ich habe ein Zimmer für eine Nacht gesucht & wollte daher das günstigste Angebot finden; beim Hotel Bernina bin ich fündig geworden & keinesfalls enttäuscht worden. Sehr nettes Personal, geräumiges Zimmer, das Hotel verfügt über einen Garten, den man nutzen darf, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Nächstes Mal bleibe ich definitiv länger
