Des prix exorbitants pour des prestations qui ne suivent absolument pas. Fuyez.
🛏️ Des chambres indignes du tarif demandé
Chambres basiques, sales (traces suspectes dans la cabine de douche), et une insonorisation quasi inexistante : on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Rien à voir avec les photos affichées sur Booking — la déception est totale à l'arrivée.
🚿 Confort minimal
Débit d'eau ridiculement faible à la douche. Quant aux couvertures dans le placard, mieux vaut ne pas les toucher : couvertes de poussière, elles sont clairement inutilisables.
👎 Un service inexistant, voire méprisant
C'est le point le plus inadmissible. Ce personnel n'a aucune notion élémentaire du service hôtelier :
Une poubelle à jeter ? "On n'a pas de poubelle dans l'hôtel."
Des serviettes de plage demandées à 8h avant une excursion ? Aucun effort, juste "la piscine ouvre à 9h."
Un simple paracétamol demandé en urgence, la pharmacie d'en face étant fermée ? "On n'a rien à l'hôtel."
Résultat : ma femme, malade et frigorifiée, s'est retrouvée sans solution ni la moindre once d'empathie de la part du personnel.
🍳 Petit-déjeuner à oublier
Basique, pauvre, sans intérêt.
En résumé : des prix de palace pour un service et des prestations qui ne valent même pas ceux d'une auberge de jeunesse. À éviter absolument.

Goede stek als je in de avond aankomt vanuit het vliegveld. Mooi zwembad! Daarna snel weer door!

Arrêt de bus à côté de l’hôtel.
Plage à moins de 10 min. de bus.
Propre, personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Il faut impérativement un véhicule pour aller en ville car l’hôtel n’est ni dans la ville d’Olbia, ni à côté de la plage. Il y a un bus toutes les 40 min pour la plage ce qui est très pratique (l’arrêt de bus est à côté de l’hôtel). Malheureusement il n’y a plus de bus après 19h30 donc compliqué si on dîne en ville. Vue sur le port maritime.

Es war für eine Nacht okay, aber länger wollte ich da nicht bleiben

Unser Zimmer lag irgendwie zum Hinterhof und es war sehr laut, wahrscheinlich irgendeine lüftungsanlage . Die Dusche war nicht sauber.

Hotel jest dobrze położony polecam jako baza wypadowa . Czysto , śniadania bardzo dobre. Jeżeli ktoś robi sobie wolne od wyjazdów to lunch i kolację można także dokupić. Jedzenie dobre , polecam

Kwestia leżaków. Personel powinien zwracać uwagę jeżeli ktoś zajmuje ręcznikiem łóżko do opalania i nie korzysta z niego. W innych hotelach po godzinie nieobecności , personel zabiera rzeczy z łóżka i umożliwia korzystanie dla innych gości hotelowych. Dla osób z uczuleniem na osy/ pszczoły pobyt może być trudny ponieważ jest ich dużo w ogrodzie i przy basenie. Był taki dzień że obsługa zabroniła korzystania z basenu i ogrodu . Ci co chcieli zostawali na własne ryzyko i musieli podpisać oświadczenie

Sympatyczna obsługa na basenie, w barze i w restauracji. Widok z basenu, dobre jedzenie, dobre drinki. Pokój duży. Codziennie sprzątane. Suszarka w pokoju.

Osy przy basenie które uniemożliwiały wypoczynek na lezekach oraz wejście do basenu. Brudne leżaki, monotonne śniadania, a co najważniejsze - Mimo rezerwacji pokoju dwuosobowego dla dwóch osób, po przyjeździe w nocy zostaliśmy poinformowani że widnieje rezerwacja dla jednej osoby i musieliśmy dopłacić pieniądze. Brak możliwości zamawiania jedzenia z poza hotelu pod groźbą kary oraz depozyt również nie są popularną praktyką, która niestety tutaj występuje. Brak balkonu i brzydki widok z pokoju. Brak żelazka w pokoju, płatny minibarek gdzie była tylko woda.
