Great hotel hidden on the streets around the Spanish Step
Pros:

Everything! Hotel was walkable to all major attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our stay with our tween daughter. The room was very clean and provided us a quiet and secluded sanctuary in the city. The bathroom was beautifully appointed and the overall room felt newer. We loved this hotel!

Location and staff fantastic but space is an issue.
Pros:

Location and staff was fantastic, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Airconditioning was not great, we had a 3rd bed and it was very uncomfortable. Bedrooms are tiny…no where to open luggage.The room needs a proper clean. Not just a surface clean, ie. carpets and walls behind mirrors in the bathroom.

Pros:

Breakfast was simple, light & healthy and nothing was an issue for the ladies, very nice and sincerely very helpful.

Location was perfect, right in the center of best area, right next to Palazzo Puopolo, great shopping and wonderful restaurant's.

Cons:

The pull out bed mattress was hard, other than that everything was perfect for what we wanted. The staff on reception to the ladies on breakfast and the cleaners - everyone was so helpful, great job - thank you!
