Pros:

Die Lage gleich beim Bahnhof Nervi ist ideal für Tagesausflüge nach Genua oder in Richtung Portofino.
Die Zimmer sind absolut ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Frühstück ist gut und man bekommt auch über die angegebene Zeit hinaus noch einen Cappuccino 😉. Die Parkplätze sind direkt im Garten des Hotels, für größere Fahrzeug aber etwas abenteuerlich.
In näherer Umgebung gibt es entlang der Küste einige nette Restaurants. In ca 15 Minuten erreicht man auch bequem den kleinen Hafen von Nervi mit super Lokalen.
Mitarbeiter top, sehr hilfsbereit und sprechen gefühlt alle Sprachen Europas.
Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre noch nett gewesen, aber man kann auch im Hotel darum bitten, die Lebensmittel oder Getränke in deren Küche einzukühlen.

Es war ein gemütlicher Aufenthalt. Hotel kann man gut und gerne weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Einrichtung und der Stil des Hotels sind sehr ansprechend. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist sehr praktisch für Ausflüge zb nach Genua, ohne dass es dabei im Hotel laut wäre. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und für ein drei Sterne Hotel ist auch das Frühstück ziemlich gut.

Cons:

Das kann am Zimmer liegen, aber unser Badezimmer war recht klein. Die Toilette lag etwas ungünstig schräg unter dem Waschbecken.

Het hotel is mooi en ligt in een prachtige omgeving, het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Het bed was erg hard, een topper op het matras zou dat misschien kunnen verhelpen.
Er liepen kleine miertjes in de kamer en badkamer.

Prima vanwege de locatie
Pros:

Locatie was heel erg fijn, binnen een paar minuten zit je in een trein.

Cons:

Parkeren was erg spannend. Het was Tetris spelen met de auto's. Onze auto is best aan de grote kant en die paste niet zonder dat er iemand anders weg moest gaan. Ook was het opladen van de auto problematisch. Bij de receptie werd gezegd dat het 7 kW was, maar in praktijk bleek het maar 4 kW te zijn. We hadden hierdoor veel langer nodig dan verwacht om te laden. Onze planning was hierdoor in de war geschopt. Toen mijn partner hierover een vraag stelde bij de receptie werd hij weggewuifd met een grapje: "dan had hij beter een benzineauto kunnen kopen."

La posizione è ottima: meno di 100 metri dalla stazione di Genova Nervi, vicinissima ai Parchi di Nervi, con una vista spettacolare

Cons:

Nonostante avessi avvertito del mancato funzionamento dello sciacquone, solo alla seconda segnalazione mi è stata insegnata la 'tecnica' per farlo funzionare

Hôtel dans la verdure avec parking gratuit.
Personnel très accueillant et présentant les points d’attrait de la commune et de Gênes.
Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet complet

Le petit déjeuner est à volonté mais vous n’avez droit qu’à 2 boissons chaudes par personne !

Sehr gute Lage, nur rund 100 m vom Meer entfernt

Die fast direkte Lage am Meer. Das freundliche Personal, welches bei allen Fragen und Wünschen stets zur Stelle war. Das nicht zu üppige, aber dennoch tolle Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Situation mit den Parkplätzen ist etwas eng. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber dennoch ausreichend.

Comodo, prezzo corretto e una posizione perfetta
Pros:

Vicinissima al mare, al centro di Nervi ed alla stazione dei treni, se si vuol andare a Genova col treno e ci sono i parcheggi all’hotel.
Lo staff tutti molto gentili

Номер в отеле полностью соответствует описанию. Очень чисто и уютно, смена постельного белья и полотенец раз в два дня, приличные завтраки, удобное месторасположение , приветливый персонал. От души рекомендую, вернемся сюда обязательно
