Este local deveria ser fechado. Há um senhor que passa o dia pelo saguão do hotel que tem como principal função causar mal estar nos hospedes. Ficamos quatro diárias e desde o início tive que ouvir o seu discurso extremista. Até que na última noite pedi, tentando falar em italiano, duas garrafas de água e ele me respondeu para eu falar em italiano, e cuspiu ao se referir ao meu idioma que é português do Brasil. Esse senhor é racista e a Booking deveria tomar medidas à respeito deste local, pois é há diversas avaliações como a minha. Estava com esposa e filho e só não levei o caso à polícia para não estragar minha viagem com a família.
No dia seguinte ao fazer o check out me diziam que eu entendi mal e o senhor racista negando tudo.
Não se arrisque nesse local. Eles certamente darão alguma desculpa à esta avalição, como é o padrão deles.
Por último, paguei por um quarto com frigobar, não havia um. No primeiro dia me disseram que teria no dia seguinte. Quatro dias lá e nunca tivemos o frigobar.

This place should be shut down. There's a man who spends the day in the hotel lobby whose main purpose is to make guests uncomfortable. We stayed for four nights and from the beginning I had to listen to his extremist speech. Until the last night, trying to speak in Italian, I asked for two bottles of water and he told me to speak in Italian, and spat when referring to my language, which is Brazilian Portuguese. This man is racist and Booking should take action regarding this place, as there are several reviews like mine. I was with my wife and son and I only didn't take the case to the police so as not to ruin my trip with my family.
The next day when checking out they told me that I misunderstood and the racist man denied everything.
Don't risk it at this place. They will certainly give some excuse for this review, as is their standard.
Finally, I paid for a room with a mini-fridge, there wasn't one.
