Pros:

Estaba limpio y había una zona para poder esperar el check in y después el check out. Se me habían quedado mis gafas y me las devolvieron después de la limpieza.

Cons:

Te hacen pagar un depósito de seguridad de 100 Euros, que para las acomodaciones no vale la pena, no son colchones son colchonetas, muy duras , es el lugar donde más incómodo nos hemos quedado, si bien estaba limpio era muy incómodo, solo tenían un ventilador pequeño y las camas camarotes eran muy endebles, se movían cada vez que otra persona se movía, la verdad es que muy incómodo, no vale la pena este lugar. Lo único que puedo decir es que estaba limpio y la gente del aseo muy honesta.

Great welcome from Long every time!
Pros:

Downtown is in a great location, super clean, and has everything you need, but what really makes it is the staff. Especially Long, we've stayed a few times now and are in the process of booking more. He has always been welcoming, funny, attentive, and professional. Great value and great service. As visitors to Amsterdam, at least once a month, this is our first place to check availability. Definitely recommend.

Un comodo letto nel cuore di Amsterdam

Staff molto gentile e vista sulla città deliziosa. Letto molto comodo e posizione eccellente.

Cons:

Spazi molto ridotti e un solo asciugamano per persona. Considerando il prezzo, si potrebbe fare uno sforzo in più.

Pulizia e posizione

Cons:

Forse sono un po’ troppo piccolo gli spazi camera da 5 avevamo 1 bagno molto piccolo , mentre in una camera se non sbaglio n 005 era davvero troppo piccola e non cere finestra ma per il resto tutto ok sopratutto pulizia , comodità posizione quindi si può sopravvivere

Pros:

Quiet, 20 min walk from Dam Square, clean, change towels every day, clean and make your bed, no steep stairs.

Cons:

No hangers in the room, not even for the towels.

Pros:

Cerca del centro, habitaciones pequeñas pero practicas, buenas instalaciones y muy limpio.
La atención del personal fué muy buena y destacó a Jordan que además nos ayudo mucho antes un problema que se nos presentó.
