Très bel hôtel avec quelques ajustements
Pros:

L’hôtel et les extérieurs sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus !
Super petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu vétustes, notamment la robinetterie qui date (molette chaud/froid, pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionne pas, paroi de douche non étanche) : les salles de bains mériteraient une petite modernisation !
Les cours de tennis sont payants : 10€/heure/pers soit 20€ l’heure de réservation. Très cher lorsqu’on souhaite faire un tennis tous les jours ! Nous ne comprenons pas que ce soit un service en extra (peut être raison pour laquelle personne ne joue de la journée).

Reasonably priced hotel in wine country
Pros:

The property was nice and food was good. Located in between Montepulciano and Cortona, so convenient to both id that’s your preference.

Cons:

Rooms are a little run down and no assistance offered with luggage, despite stairs, which made our stay tough. One of the young women at the front desk was charming and sweet and the other was rather unkind at check in. Restaurant staff was also amazing, but for one gentleman.

Gorgeous location in Tuscany.
Pros:

The location was gorgeous and the personnel were very kind.

Cons:

We had problems with the air conditioning and they have to change our rooms.

Locatie is prachtig

Cons:

Onze airco klonk alsof hij zou ontploffen, personeel is 2 keer langskomen en hebben hun best gedaan zonder resultaat.
Verder zijn de stoelen overal hard en oncomfortabel, kussens zouden wonderen doen

Mooie plek
Pros:

Super mooie plek, voor je rust moet je daar zijn. Jammer dat er een grote groep Amerikanen waren die heel luidruchtig waren in het restaurant en bij het zwembad.

Lage ist perfekt in der gemütlichen Atmosphäre der Trastevere und liegt in Fussmarschdistanz für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Locatie oogt heel chic, maar kamer viel tegen.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Heel veel opties.

Cons:

Kamer viel tegen. Moest een trap op om naar de badkamer te gaan. Zeker in het donker erg gevaarlijk. Er kon ook geen raam open. Wel een halve deur, maar die kon in avond/nacht uiteraard niet open blijven staan.

Beautiful location set in amazing scenery with unobstructed views all around. Restaurant served excellent fine dining food & breakfast with helpful attentive staff.

Cons:

Difficult to take luggage to rooms going up stairs & with no assistance available.
No water complimentary in rooms.
